Nerjin/Webadict: What is the school rules about offenses against other people? Is killing against the school law? Against the class law?
Questions like these give an idea about what the day-end looks like. We'd all assume kills--A hammer does not dictate day end, as in literal day end (...6:00pm whatever), but we have to assume it ends our class!

1. School rules about offense against others: Pics or it didn't happen.

Depends on how big the meteor is. But, I'm not a Mathemagician, so I couldn't answer that limit.

Mr. Badict: When in the past did any kind of external force (ie objects not of our world) hit our planet and cause a detrimental effect? As in, focusing on rock-objects that burn up in the sky. Like, meteors. How big were they?
((Yes this can be inferred answered by the before-example of 'Meteor = bad' but this is history.))


Ideas after 21 darn pages: NQT has..somehow not address a particular point-though (s)he does address other flavor-related points. If scumhunting has to be played in--we have two people claiming Evil.

We have yet to hear from more than 2/3rds of the remaining populace-and I believe they may be fazed, or even balk at the # of pages.

There are many who haven't spoken. I will attempt a summary of what has occurred soon enough.

NQT has posted a few things. Relative value you may dispute, but it's there nonetheless.

Caz might not be heard from before day's end.

As for a massclaim, I'm not sold on the value because a) we can't quote our role statements, 2) you're advocating withholding gender, item nature and use, and who knows what else, and iii) if people can't deduce their wincon from their own role statements with all that information! what can we expect to figure out otherwise?

Weird. NQT, you say-inflavor-that the decision rests with you, but here I see someone parrying it. I expected an answer on what you'd do...you advise a lynch instead.

Why can't you say the decision in the first place? Say something non-lethal.

You've got to realise that every time you post I have to sit down and work out exactly what you're trying to say. I'd want to search the voted students for signs of them taking part in the Meteor Summoning, and maybe expel them from school.

Because your answer on 'what is Not Evil' is redirected on blaming the mods. It doesn't hold up.

The mods have been deliberately vague in public over whether Not Evil is the same as Town and whether these are even relevant terms in the game.

So..what are we acting on? mafia-esque scumhunting or the general details in the flavor?

I don't know what point your referring to. Hopefully your questions are sufficiently answered now. Do you think it's better to vote Not Evil over Evil then?

I can say that because that's what it says in my role PM. What it doesn't say is 'and you win when such and such a condition is met'.

Does Anyone Actually Have A Wincon?

The opening post assumes we all know how to play mafia and are going to follow all usual conventions unless told otherwise. I was told I'm confirmed town and everyone else was told I'm Not Evil and now Wuba is being hyper-unhelpful and is getting his jollies from watching the ensuing terminology confusion play out.

The set up implies that we should be hunting down the meteorite summoners. But there's not much reason to suppose that this is really the case.

Is this even a game? What's the point? Can everyone answer these three questions:

• Are you evil?
• Do you have a wincon?
• Did you summon the meteorite?

I'll get my big post of sifting through 10 pages by evening today, but I will respond to this.

1: Yes I was told i'm Evil.
2: No I do not have a wincon.
3: I did take part in summoning the meteor, though it was out of a hate for not finding love. Also, my meteor item was just stolen so... yeah.
