You loot through the vehicle and find a small backpack that contains an handgun with the the initials RQ on it, it isn't loaded. The pack also has a couple of full magazines, about 3 with five bullets a piece. You also find a pair of smashed tinted glasses, and a strange ornate figurine of some sort of bird. The keys to the vehicle are still in it.

You put on the glasses and it turns the world a strange shade of pink? You take off your forarm and pop the hood of the vehicle. You may have been dead a few minutes ago, but you're feeling pretty macho...macho. Shit, it dawned on you don't even remember your former gender. And you don't have any "equipment" to tell now that your a skeleton. You shrug the thought off and commence a montage.
You start with the fan in the front
1d20= 2+1(Vehicle Repair)+ (1 Tool) = 4
And the montage ends since there doesn't seem to be anything else that can be fixed with your current equipment. You pop your arm back on. And examine your work.

Dammit, well you didn't make it any worse. But the front fans certainly aren't any better...

Honestly a lot of vehicles in this setting are fairly ridiculous. I could retcon into something else if the sheer ludicrousness of this thing bothers you.

I got the idea of Forum Game based on the NIS games. So this is basically taking place on one of the many, many worlds in the Disgaea/NIS universe. Hence the nonsense  vehicles. I wanted to keep it vague to give a "blind" feeling to the setting.
