DFHack - stuck in reveal

Yes, I made the mistake of saving while the map was revealed. Now,of course, even though everything is revealed DFHack is convinced it isn't.

Is there any way around this, or did I just break my fort?

Use 'revflood' and it will be mostly fixed. If you have access to the caverns, then all of the accessed levels will be visible. But other than issues like that 'revflood' will fix your problem.
