I think the thing with EXP in combat is I have to split it 5 ways and I'm not quite sure how much you guys can handle. I'm using the Fallout wikia EXP thing to get a decent idea. I may end up just doubling all EXP rewards... Thoughts on that?

((Doubling out to work, yeah. Combine that with a healthy chunk of quest EXP and I'll be happy.))

((You really should have just let the other people take the healing jobs. Also, a good repairer wouldn't have a house that a deathclaw can get in.))

((I'm the only one with the First Aid and Doctor skills tagged. Nobody is going to be a better medic than me, and definitely not after a couple more levels.))

To quicken the rate you guys level up I'm just gonna go ahead and double EXP gain. So... Your EXP is going to be doubled here with about... Ten or so minutes.

Why not give all of the EXP to the person who does the most damage(per enemy not the whole battle)?

Because that's a horrible system and would penalize people who haven't taken combat-orientated builds. Especially since the EXP from battles is much higher than the EXP from skill checks.
