Kyle slowly looks like he's gonna explode as everyone except Selina does seem to see the gravity of a situation.
"Well maybe if you hadn't just shot him I could have subdued him and calmed him down!"

Kira glares at Kyle, "He had a gun, and frankly the last thing we would want would be for you to get shot. So shut up and stop acting like we just killed the last tiger in existence."

"I'm not acting like you killed the last tiger in existence, I'm acting like you gunned down a man that was panicking and could be reasoned with in cold blood!"

"He shot at Dirk. I'd say that the time for reason was over by then."

"Everyones had a shot at Dirk and no one killed them."
That was a joke about Dirk having many lovers.

"Everyones had a shot at Dirk and no one killed them."

Kira rolls her eyes and says nothing.

[[Time: 0300 (3 AM) Day 2]]

Stopping only momentarily to loot Dirk’s pistol back from the dead body and find that the man had literally nothing of value on him the group made a quick b-line towards Vault 225.

They travelled in near silence as they considered, individually, whether they would be haunted about the man’s death. Right now it seemed like they weren’t hurt too bad but… Was that really what life was like out of the vault? Thankfully, they knew they’d be back to theirs before too long. Hopefully.

It took around fifteen hours of forced marching to get even somewhat close to the vault. Unfortunately the body can only travel for so long. The group was forced to stop momentarily to rest as they considered their goal. Sitting down and lighting a small fire the group started discussing their plans for actually fixing the vaults equipment.

”Hi friends!”

The deep voice sounded from nearby. It was… frightening to say the least. ”You not safe here. Lot of Nightkin around.”

You didn’t know what a Nightkin was but apparently the disembodied voice did. Looking around you saw nothing. Where was the person?

Selina puts a hand into her bag, pulling out her diary, along with the knife, just in case. She was still shaken from them killing the other man, would this end just as badly?

"Wind-walkers. Move invisibly. Very sneaky. Work for the Cathedral. Could be... Anywhere..." the voice said. Though you couldn't see the person yet you could tell they were glancing around in fear.

"What do you mean friend?" The voice seems genuinly confused "I not work for Cathedral."

"Well, you don't really... You're kind of standing out of the light could you come closer? It's not very reassuring that you seem to match the description you're providing."
