"Wh-wh-wh bu-bu-bu-" The man blubbers for several seconds before he replies "I-I can't change th-the send message. Please just go! Tell The Boss that I'm dead! Please! You don't know what he'll do if he finds me! He'll give me to The Hand! Please! Please have mercy!" the man's pleas break down swiftly into nothing more than crying. Looking him over he appears to have been some form of guard judging by his body armor that looks quite similar to the body armor worn by Vault Guards.

Kira glares at the man, "Tell us everything you know! Now!"

((I've got 2 Charisma here, guys. Someone else should step in and take over the interrogation...))

Kyle walks over to Kira.
"Calm down. If you scare him to much he'll just piss himself."

Kira glares at the man, "Tell us everything you know! Now!"

The Man continues to blubber about something regarding someone named The Hand and The Boss. Unfortunately you don't get more out of him than that and though he seems somewhat grateful when Kira drops him. At least you take the fact that he's started blubbering less loudly as a... good sign? At any rate for now he's resigned himself to sobbing quietly.

Kira goes over the sickly man and yanks him out of hiding, "What do you know about 'Drop your Items'!" she shouts at him.

While some of the group attempts to move along the sickly man seems more focused on them than on Kira. This is unfortunate as when she grabs him it takes him by complete surprise.

"What do you know about 'Drop your Items'!?" She shouts at him surprising the others who hadn't noticed him.

"Wh-wh-wh bu-bu-bu-" The man blubbers for several seconds before he replies "I-I can't change th-the send message. Please just go! Tell The Boss that I'm dead! Please! Selina attempts to calm the man down and figure out whats causing him such distress.

Attempt to Calm the Man down/find out what's going on.

Kyle approaches the blubbering man and attempts to calm him down however his muttered assurances of "Hey there guy... It can't be that bad right?" seem to cause more blubbering than before. Apparently, it IS that bad.

Thankfully Selina seeing this walks over and tries her own brand of consolation: "Hey..." she says as gently as she can. Apparently the rough voice of the ghoul catches the man's attention because he pauses for a few moments to listen to her though he continues sobbing softly throughout. "We're not going to turn you over to The Hand okay? Look, why don't you tell us what happened and I'll try to get my friend over here to look you over. He's pretty good with medicine. He might be able to get you walking."

The man's sobs slowly stopped "Y-you won't tell them?"

"Don't even know who they are. But obviously they're not the sort we want to be around."

"W-well..." the man slowly ponders his options. Then he starts divulging information "The Boss wanted me and Jimmy to go to Yakuzatown to scope out the place. H-he said that it'd be an ea-easy score... B-b-but something went wrong. L-L-Lord B-B-Bosscrime he... He..." The Man seems to be fighting back tears again "He found out. I-I managed to get away b-but the Boss... He said I must h-ha-have been in on it so he... The Hand... he's... not normal. He nailed my feet to some b-boards a-and... He was going to crush my hands in the morning... I got away... Please... Help me. I don't want to die out here. Med-x... Please..." the amount of exertion required of his explained misadventure seems to have drained the man however as he slowly dissolved into just repeating "Please... please..." over and over again.

If you're creative enough, I will allow you to use other skills than the most obvious one so long as its justified. BUT there must be an RP reasoning for it. You can't just say "Use Small Guns instead of Outdoorsman" or something like that.

"Besides popping his eardrums I'm certain that you're going to just make him cower more."

((For some reason I think that KylexKira is going to be a thing. Maybe because of them both having horrible Charisma scores.))

I doubt it. They'd have nothing to talk about. In fact, I choose to think that Kira cannot talk because... y'know... 0% speech score.

"Just let him calm down a bit, patch his wounds up. Do we have some spare food?" Selina begins trying to console the man and keep him calm and somewhat comfortable.
