For the most part yes. However you're "8" special points above your allowance. You're only allowed having 40 points in special before perks. Other than that though it's fine.

My traits are Gifted and Small Frame. That gives me 8 extra Points to play with, which have already been factored in.

Ah, well alrighty. That's fine by me. Saves me some factoring, plus I didn't notice that you took Gifted.

I hope he doesn't do anything involving gay men, screwing, and me.

You're really gonna hate "Tobiasville" then.

Oh god, that sounds so great and so horrible at the same time that I want to go there at the earliest connivence.

Just make sure that you have lots of Jimmy Hats in your inventory. Can't be too careful, after all.

The only thing I see changed about the formula is that she's a ghoul and doesn't afraid of people.

Wow, we have a lot of charismatic characters, huh? I might change my application to a combat-focused one... Sorry about that, Nerjin. Still, better than having too many smooth-talkers.

Fallout is a pretty cool girl, she's a ghoul and she doesn't afraid of anything.

That being said you can pretty much go with a combat focused on AS you level up... Just saying. Either way do what you want. Just post a new sheet [do not edit] and state that it's a second character.

Well, you have someone who can maintain guns and stuff and use E.Weapons and the other guy so it's still 1/1.

She's still a girl.

It's cool. It's become a thing that I name characters Keith or Kyle. And if it's the former their also transgender.

I dunno. It seems like only a few weeks ago that Mark graced my other game... Though that might be a little longer than I think it has been.

Alright, here's my second character. It's kinda hard to make an effective fighter if you start out as a talker after all.

Spoiler: Application #2 (click to show/hide)

Looks good? The numbers in the brackets are her SPECIAL stats with Gifted.

Well, you have someone who can maintain guns and stuff and use E.Weapons and the other guy so it's still 1/1.

Other dude is clearly supposed to be a talker (no matter how subpar he has been built).

Mark or Marks is a character I use a lot in games heavily based shooting or outright death. The only reason I didn't here is I wanted to try putting my usual style for RP heavy games into this kind of setting. Also, I have yet to play a fallout game :(

You should try either New Vegas or the first two.
