Personnel Personality: I'm friendly and like to make jokes every now and then. I get angry quite quickly, too.

Personnel Background: Well, I'm one of the guards. I'm a good shot, but not as tough or strong than the other guards. I guess I just got real lucky, though I heard the others say that the chief or hell, even the overseer took a liking to me. Personnel Appearance: Short brown hair(Only thing to have survived the ghoulification), 5'9, grey dead skin, grey-blue eyes, wrinkled skin.

Personnel Personality: Friendly and willing to help those with their problems when she became the counselor's assistant. Not easily offended, and hard to anger. Easily overcome by stress however, and must rest frequently after major emotional trauma or problems.

Personnel Background: Selina was born a normal girl, bright eyed and happy. She was so curious when she had been younger, eventually leading to finding an old rad bomb in the deep end of the vault. But due to her lack of knowledge of what it could be, she accidently detonated it, barely surviving and becoming a ghoul at the age of 16. Her body has not grown much since then, and she was teased a lot afterwards. But due to help from a counselor who wasn't judgmental of her, leading later to her assignment to the job as she helped others with their problems. She has few friends, but the ones she does are very kind to her and do not mention her condition, though it doesn't bother her.

Personnel Appearance: Harvey is six and a half feet of pure muscle. He has short ginger hair and an angular face. His eyes are blue.

Personnel Personality: Very quiet and calm most of the time but gets very cruel and very violent when his blood is up.

Personnel Background: Harvey has spent most of his childhood and adult life locked in a prison cell for murdering a pair of guards who got between him and a victim who chose to insult him and then stand his ground. He was on his way to be released on a particular brand of ‘work release’ when the legion attacked. Since then they have attempted to kill him through their arena though he has taken all comers and lived. There are rumors that he is to be sent with the Vault Dwellers as a test of some sort.
