The group eventually decides to simply head South-West. After all you won’t accomplish much simply standing around. It was a short six hour walk before you saw a small group of about six men.

The issue was that they saw you first and were holding crude blades. Five were wearing Pink armor similar to the Red Man’s. The sixth, and the largest of the group, was wearing white armor while holding a small revolver in his hand.

”State your business Dissolutes. You have no business in Legion Territory.” replied the Man in White.

So I had written the update for moving South-EAST… So it was fun to, just before posting it, realize “OH hey.. They said WEST… WHOOPS!”

Selina explains the diplomatic mission and documents they carry, trying to appear as unthreatening as possible.

Selina explains the diplomatic mission and documents they carry, trying to appear as unthreatening as possible.

The man looks briefly at the documents before scoffing "Dissolute writing." turning his eyes back towards the document he seems to slowly read the document. "Bah, what you offer is paltry. You are lucky I have no authority in these matters or I would have you lashed to a cross immediately for your audacity." The Man in White pauses somewhat briefly before he continues "However, I may be inclined to bring these papers to my superior if you would assist us in a small matter.

[[Keep in mind that if someone will absolutely not be swayed I simply won't include the roll. Still, characters with higher speech are more likely to get further in the conversation than those who are awful at it. As in: If Kira had tried this you would all be in a fight right now.]]

"What kind of assistance?"

"A group of the NCR's convicts escaped an institution some time ago. Since then they've become a rather large tribe. A few stragglers have been seen a short distance to the north. Not an hours walk. Assist us in punishing these profligates and I will consider assisting you in return." the Man in White said nodding as though he agreed with his own plan. Which, oddly enough, he did.

Selina is unsure what to think of the situation... could she really kill someone? Or help others kill someone?

"You're talking about the Powder Gangers. We already heard some about them. We could give you the exact location if you need it."

Surprisingly the Man in White laughs at this "Yes, because the Legion's scouts have been unable to find the Profligate's hideout so obviously the five of you would have found it.". The Man in White continues chuckling for several moments.
