Were you by chance stirring blood? Because that'll just happen sometimes. There are OSHA regulations for slaughterhouse machinery and you have to periodically go through with liquid nitrogen and clear them out from ducts and catwalks anyway.

It was usually my special blend for hot cocoa, where in I put three times the amount of cocoa powder you're supposed to.
