Here you go.

EDIT: In hindsight, may as well use this post to share my first experiences with the game.
It's... different. I would say it's pretty decent so far for a browser based F2P.
I've only made it to lesson 11 so far, and I have to say, the AP system sucks a little bit. Considering it takes like, 60 turns at 12 AP each just to kill one damn space dragon, I'm stuck waiting, in the TUTORIAL, to go any farther.
I guess I'll give the game a little while longer to prove itself to me, but it's not looking good.

Now, THIS RIGHT HERE, good sir, is very important and must be advertised at once! No game in the history of creation has thought to have such a revolutionary feature! Okay I'm done now bye

It has a spot for a referral code where you sign up. First person to give me one becomes my referrer.

Edit: Note, I'm not guaranteeing that I'll play it or anything. Just that I will check it out.

I used to play this, in the far past. In fact, this is the game which started the chain of games which led me to discover Dwarf fortress :P funny to see that chain loop back now.

I can't speak from any recent experience, but I remember it being quite good.

I decided to skip to the end of the tutorial because waiting a day to do the last couple trivial lessons just doesn't seem worth it.
Anywho, I started off as a Ska'ari because I liked the idea of having a better starting ship, and I just trucked around doing FWE runs.
I have to assume there is more to the game than that because that's really all I've seen. I didn't even see any other players in the 10 or so minutes I spent just flying around.

I used to play this shortly after it was created, some nine or so years ago.  It ended when my entire group got banned for winning wars against developer-backed characters.

I can't recommend it.

I played it for a while years ago, surprised to see it's still alive.

Maybe space is big? Is there somewhere it gives the number of players logged in?

Alright, played some more, and I think I might stick around for a while longer. Got a few alliance invites, and while 5000 AP a day is enough to play for like, 10 minutes, I think the game has more to it than meets the eye.

This was one of the first web-MMO's I played, and I remember enjoying it except that the universe was completely strip-mined and every possible mine-able tile has a starbase on it. I fished around for alliance invites but never got any replies. It was quite enjoyable for a while, though.

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.
