((It might be best to see if we can actually get a treaty before we blindly attack humans. Be sort of hypocritical, yanno? That aside: 1. I sense a plot hook involving a treaty, "Perform grand task X for us and we will gladly ally/make peace with the Mount." 2. Even with some of the twisted minds we have, at the end of the day we're a level 6 party with an effective Wizard 3 as our only primary caster. We'd take a long time to destroy a village, much less the city that we'd have to escalate to after initiating hostilities.))

((Siege Weapons. And possibly a mercenary army.))
((Those presume that:
1. We have the skills, time, and materials to make siege weapons OR the gold to buy them.
2. That we have the gold to hire an army of mercenaries.
3. That mercenaries will work loyally for kobolds.))

2. No, just that we have the onyx to make an army of undead.
3. As long as our necromancers don't die...))

((Mercenaries will work for kobolds. We have money, and that's what they care about, after all, right? At worst, we can just find the nearest orcs, beat their leaders to a pulp, and use them to attack the city.))

After climbing back down, Cog relays what he saw to the rest of the group.

"I saw smoke about five or six miles to the south-east. Whether that is a settlement, or the ruins of one are yet to be seen."

((@Hans: From what I understand, my Cloak of Arachnida places me under a permament Spider Climb spell, which removes the need for climb checks, although I still get them to catch myself if I slip on ice or something.))

((Also, no one posted any specific actions, you all just sort of agreed to attack the zombies. I can have you just charge in blindly if you like, there are only two of them, but I imagined some of you might want to sneak attack, throw spells, all that jazz.))
