Made 15 X Items (I now have 4 of each) at the cost of 3,900 PC.

Turned Saber into a Water/Steel type by paying 15,000 PC. Will need to know how this changes her move pool and capabilities, and most likely weight class.

Now I'm back down to 90 PC. Added in the PC from the Life Orb and I'm up to 830.

I'd say Saber's high ability changes from Weak Armor to Filter, it learns Flash Cannon in Place of Ancientpower, it learns Automatize instead of sand attack, it learns Iron Head instead of Wring-Out.

Stealth Rock is type Shifted to Steel. Absorb is Type Shifted to Steel. When it learns Mega Drain that will be type shifted to steel. If it evolves and learns Slash, that will be type shifted to steel.

Also, you get your choice of 5000 PC or the following item for handing over Talia:

Captain's Omnitool: A rare handcrafted device with several useful functions. When equipped in the off hand slot, you may spend an AP as a standard action to use one of the following effects.

-(Tractor Beam) Move an item weighing less than 100lbs from any location within 3 tiles of you to any other location within three tiles of you. Using this against a hostile or unwilling target is an AC 5 Status attack.
-(Field Assist) Add +2 to your next skill check to interact with an inanimate object.
-(Distortion Field) You and all ajacent allies gain +2 Evasion against ranged attacks until the end of your next turn.
-(Scanner) Make an AC 2 Status attack against against a target within 20m. If the attack hits, you learn two of he target's current stats of your choice.

As for the elemental connection, I'll keep in mind that you want it, and try to find a good excuse to give it to you. We already have Ethan as the group poison dude though, and the main recurring foes tend to be steel type.

Sounds good. I'll make the changes shortly.

I'll take the 5,000 PC, it's more useful for me at this point in time.

The main reason I'm taking Miasmic is to augment my defense, give me some offense, and Flexible Form to mitigate injuries somewhat. Plus Acid Armor will be a useful option later on, so the abundance of steel types won't be as big a detriment.

Faction Mood Update:

The Torterra Defense Force: 4 (-1) (Happy the the ship has been saved, and that they got free fighters out of the deal. Annoyed that they are the only faction not represented on the bridge.)
The Academy of Hector: -1 (The Pilgrims and Malones are both pinning all sorts of bad publicity about the recent incident involving Jossie on the academy. This is not sitting well with some of the professors)
The Pilgrims of the Red Oracle: 3 (Happy the ship has been saved, and that hector is looking bad)
The Malone Litter: 5 (+3) (Happy the ship has been saved, and that they are generally not being interfered with)
The Blood Unity Party 1 (-3) (Annoyed. Likely due to the results of last session.)

Hey Weirdsound, I have a few things I want to buy. Which of these, if any, are available?

  • Light armor
  • Light Shield
  • Running Shoes
  • Speed Focus

Additionally when I move my character to the new version can I replace my Croagunk ability "Anticipate" which I picked up at level 20 with a advanced ability (ether dodge or poison touch?) I sorta picked up Anticipate because of a typo making me think that it was my only choice.

As for the items, no. I just kinda blanked and assumed that Tar had the edge he needed to get his armor last night. He dosn't get to keep it.

Maybe someone should take Smith, I can see Ethan taking that, actually.

Gives everyone in the party a crafter aspect or two.

I could maybe see myself getting smith, but I don't have and likely will never have the focus for it. (In a reasonable time frame of levels that is. Maybe by like like level 15 or something. But this game will probably not last that long and even if it does it is likely a moot point by then.)

Alright. Well to upgrade to the next version. Uh. I think the only change I need to make is switching out that ability and swapping ninjas arsenal with stupidly named melee poison sting. So. Done that. Great. So I guess upgrade complete.

As for the next mission which I guess is not a priority now since it's like in two weeks or something until we play again: Since I just topped 30k in liquid assets the green alert for a shopping trip is the most attractive to me.Other things I would be interested in: Gym, Distress signal, Training Sims.

Actually getting more information on why the orange alert is a orange alert might be important as well, but actually doing something about seems dangerous. What do you guys think?

Alright. I am going to be spending some time genning things up tonight. Any more thoughts on what we are doing tomorrow night?

I'll re-post the list, because I just remembered to add Ethan's Cloak Training Sim. Solo and Double Sims are only for backup plans when we don't have everybody around.

Also, I'm guessing we officially lost Ramiel. Shall I try to replace him?

Oops. Forgot to actually hit the Paste Button. Here is the actual updated list.

Orange Alert: 6 More local heavy cruisers have de-cloaked and are firing upon large unknown object on the outer of the system.

Green Alert: The Pilgrims have discovered a strange dig site that appears to be some sort of ancient temple. Since it is not Delphox Era in origin, they have sent us the Coords and are offering us first crack at it.
Green Alert: Mr. Walton Burke, a local landowner, has extended an invitation for the commanders to stay at his plantation and join him on a hunting trip. At least one click.
Green Alert: Aldo Rustle, the ancient lord of the deep swamps, has invited the trainers to challenge for a title. (Gym Equivalent)
Green Alert: We are detecting a faint distress signal from a remote region of swampland on one of the main planets. 1 Click to Investigate
Green Alert: There appears to be one major city in this system, with a space port in geosynchronous orbit above it. Docked at port right now is a large Pontificate Pilgrim Transport ship, and its escort of two heavy cruisers; A small and heavily armed ship that is likely in the piracy, mercenary, or bounty hunting business; A merchant ship and its escort of two re-fitted pontificate scouts; an unknown capital ship; and an old asteroid miner. These ships likely have printers, so we will likely be able to conduct transactions with them in credits.

Blue Alert: Hector has placed several aliens from the honeycomb asteroid, that he has deemed redundant, on holding pad 3. He has sent the bridge a message saying that the commander are welcome to come and catch them. 1 Tick.
Blue Alert: 1st Officer Quillson requests the commanders' presence at the holo-arena so that he may test their strength in a simulated training battle. 1 Tick
Blue Alert: 1st Officer Quillsion is attempting to increase the power of the bridge by setting up a new team of combat officers and guards. If you are willing to part with one of your Pokemon, and Quillsion feels it is strong enough to make the cut, he will give you a piece of the old Captain's equipment or 5000 PC in exchange for the transfer of service. Tell Quillsion that one of your Pokemon would like to try out, and he will watch it on your next mission.

You may want to cross out the second orange alert, since we already did that.

Taking care of that other orange alert would be a good thing. No idea about that though. Anyone else have any ideas?

As for a replacement player... I could possibly scrounge one up.

I think I'm just going to vote for shopping trip. The orange alert seems like something we should ask about, but not just jump into. That is unless we will have a new player tomorrow because I think that a shopping session might be a sorta bad thing for a introduction to the game. Unless we need to fight someone to go shopping. Ether way I would guess that the adding a player process would take more then a day.
