Yeah, changed around a bit more at the end here. Dropped the half-Janni template for the recommended half-Red Dragon so half the benefits aren't useless to me. Trying not to think too hard about how a really big and old dragon managed to sire offspring with Small-sized creatures.

The book I was looking at only gave half-Janni 1/day invisibility, enlarge person, reduce person, and speak with animals (all based on CHA) and planar jaunt 1/day for 1min per racial HD, at least as far as spells go. All of that was pretty much useless for a kobold dumping CHA, and the stats weren't good enough. I dropped Toughness so I could hang on to Improved Initiative, and the CON bonus from being a half-dragon still kept my HP at about the same level, and the rest of the template bonuses were better for me as well.

Polymorph would be a hella broken template.
