I need to remake my character from scratch. I hadn't even thought about taking Weapon Finesse until just a moment ago and allocated a huge number of points into Str to try and offset the kobold's natural weakness >_<

Hans, this isn't starting for a few days, right? I need to get some sleep soon and I'm back to working over-the-road. Schedule might be a little crazy for character building. If you want to start in the next day or two, might be best to skip over me and let someone else play.

You have a few days. We have some people that are trying to apply three templates and six classes to one character, and other people are trying to take Skill Focus (x) when it's actually not a thing anymore due to the rule fixes in the OP. >.> It might be a few days before everyone is ready.

1st level, Cloistered Cleric: 6-1=5
Two further levels of Cloistered Cleric: 5+2-2=5
Three levels of Wizard: 2+2+4-3=5
5+5+5=15

Yes. It might get a bit complicated figuring out the stat bonuses it gives.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a feat which allows you to make an attack when landing on an enemy? Because I've been struck by the hilarious mental image of a kobold goomba-stomping people with his sword. Because as it currently stands Zolyap automatically passes all Jump checks for high jumps of 6ft or less (not including vertical reach) and all long jumps of 20ft or less, assuming a running start. Just an idle thought.

But I mean, just walking around in kobold form my monk would gain boosts to saves, BAB, Wisdom, Natural Armor, and (if I'm reading this correctly) pretty huge boosts to hit dice (which, IIRC, means pretty huge boosts to HP).

You sure? Monitor Lizard has 17 Str, 15 Dex, 17 Con, so I'd get +7, +5, +7. Only in hybrid/animal form though.

-10 or -11.   I hate uneven numbers. If you take the Hit Dice, you will have racial hit dice. o.o Which would mean you only have a couple levels of monk. The free LA only applies to the level adjustment. When you apply the template, anything that would conflict with your class is ignored. Additional hit dice, new feats, new skills, etc, you don't get. You get the ability score modifiers, special abilities (Or extraordinary abilities, or SLAs), the DR, the natural armor bonus, and the Special Qualities.

Also, you say I would only have a couple levels of monk. Would that mean I don't get monk goodies such as the free feats, immunity to diseases, and ki strikes? If so, I might have to come up with something else to do with my LA <_<;

Not even in animal form. Otherwise you have to take Racial HD which leads to...

If you just take the LA, then you have 6 levels of monk plus the template. If you take the racial HD from the template, then you lose however many HD the base creature has, from your levels.

Should probably rule that only one half-breed template can be used. Atleast to abide by the laws of nature.

That seems like a good idea. >.> Remuthra, you can have one half-breed template. We can't have 200% creatures running about, it would be confusing.

It was only 150%, and that's because he's more man than you could ever be .

Well, if I drop Half-Ogre, I lose 4 Strength, 2 AC, and a size class, so I'm still looking good. Does anyone wish to ride me as a mount, since I have less Int than an animal?
