Welp. At least the explosions were fun while they lasted. Requesting Spehss Mk II, this time loaded with as many bolters meltas BFG9000s lasers as he can carry. Even better if they're exploding lasers. Exploding lasers that explode into laser swords. Exploding lasers that explode into laser swords that shoot laser bees from their mouths when they bark. Also, make the lasers bark.

...also promote me to head of engineering. We need my ideas if we're going to change the tide of warfare against this army of cyberdiscs!...What do you mean there's aliens too, I only saw cyberdiscs and littler meatier cyberdiscs that look nothing like cyberdiscs.

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

Hey, lots of artifacts brought back (mostly plasma rifles and clips), not losing the Skyranger, and only 1 civilian death? Seems pretty successful to me :P

Plasma rifles are a good source of income. Or a reasonable Plasma-rush tactic, since you get so many of them early on.

Yep. I don't care enough to limit names to genders, especially since the vast majority of sign-ups seem to be male and there's no way to check what gender a soldier is until they go into battle.
