You got the word for leg?

I mean the shape word, not targeting. I got those.

Derm: I do not have that word.
Rolep: What would you want for it?
On second thought, this would probably be better via PMs.

I have the words for targeting each leg, and the word for targeting one's left foot. Right foot... still working on it XD

Turn 071

Any experiment where something is learned is not a failure.

Melee combat. I guess.

Systar scratches his head.  "This isn't working right!"

Killem!

Right after Systar scratches his head, the wooden monkey jumps happily, revealing that the object behind his back was an iron knife, the size of half its arm. Oh, crap.

The Dark Mage positions himself in front of Systar, some strategy forming in his mind.

The wooden monkey runs to Zolond, but, instead of using his knife, he tries to jump and land over him:

[Planky dex:1+1=2]
[Zolond dex:2+1=3]

But Zolond moves away at the last moment, the hands of the monkey getting dangerously close to his leg. Systar uses this opportunity to strike:.

[Systar dex:1+1=2]
[Zolond dex:6+1-1=6]

But Zolond sees him coming too! And thus he tries to move away Systar's feet as he runs towards him!

[Zolond str:2-1=1]
[Systar dex:6-1=5]

But Systar just stumbles, although he is stopped in his charge.

((Guys, would you mind to stop failing so hard at things?))

"That wasn't supposed to be plant, but I'll take it. Time to fix some stuff..."

Expeditious science to the rescue!

[Pot:5+1=6]
A small tree erupts in front of you.

[Pot:4+1=5]
Nothing happens.

[Pot:4+1=5]
A golden line appears and draws a pair of gloves. Looks like you may have a trade partner with this.

[Pot:4+1=5]
You get some leather. it falls and lays lazily against the young tree.

[Pot:4+1=5]
Nothing happens!

Well, at least you got something!

Oh my goshes yesm.
Successful science is succulent science.

Since NO-ONE IN THIS DAMN PIT KNOWS HOW TO MAKE GLOVES! *ahem* Science.

Pointless turn ahoy!

[Pot:6+1=7]
A thick golden line appears and draws a big hand. With a flash of light, it materializes into silver on the outside, but it has cloth on the inside.

Hmm, maybe you can do something about this:

[Dex:1+1=2]
Yeah, but, you are not so sure about what to do.

Better try plan B:

[Pot:1+1=2]
You get a dirty piece of cloth and a small shard of silver.

Well, that was disappointing.

You're a jerk

No, the GM is not. Maybe you are over-thinking things.

Back to the game, anyway:

[Pot:5]
A golden line appears and draws a hatchet.

[Pot:1]
You get another tangled mess.

[Pot:3]
You get a fistful of copper. When you try to touch it, you notice that it is pretty hot, even more than what it normally would be, considering that you are in the room of heat.

MULTIPLE PMs OF DOOM

First, you try to fix the bleeding:

[Dex:1]
You tear out most of the robe covering your legs. Now you are getting chilly. Fortunately nobody is here to tell you how you should have shaved your legs or something.

Well, better do science:

[Pot:4+1=5]
A golden lien appears and draws a morningstar.

[Pot:3+1=4]
Some assorted bones appear in front of you.

[Pot:2+1=3]
Now you get two prisms attached to each other, via the shortest face of the longest one. Huh.

You nausea how receded into:[Coughing]

PM

You walk to the other side of the Grand Room, so that that weirdo doesn't kill you. That diamond wall, despite the hole you made, should help blocking nasty stuff.

[Pot:2+1+1=4]
You get another chunk of diamond. That's boring.

[Pot:1+1=2]
You get a little shard of what you presume is diamond. It falls above the other chunk, and disappears. Huh.

Quote from: EP
PM

More weird stuff!

[Pot:2+1=3]
You get a small drawing. It seems to be a kind of a seal, but made from geometrical figures. It tail is composed by two pyramids pointing away from each other, its main body is a prism, and a sphere forms its head. Its facial features are still there, but the spherical design makes them seem very cartoonish. With a flash of light, it materializes into dirt, and stays floating. The animal proceeds to try to move, but really can't displace itself, just make some almost imperceptible movements due to air currents.

Why do you create life so pathetic?

This science is probably a very bad idea... which is even more reason to do it!
And it seems that I misinterpreted something from the public wordlist...
Not-as-interesting science!
Well, if anyone has the word for targeting all of oneself, I'd also like to trade for that as well.

I have a feeling those gloves will alude me.

Alas, rip the cloth out of those hands! If that fails, see if using my retractable bone claws futuristic hand/wrist/something blades helps!

Science some words before trying to pick up my mashy-stiik.

Then if I can get those hands to a point where I can wear them, stick 'em on and try to pick up that mace. I want to know what it can do!

Turn 072

Such is the whim of the rng.

More combat.

Failure ahoy!

Keep trying to pin him down.  Don't get eaten by his magiblast.

The Dark Mage keeps trying to evade, while his magic mojo recharges. Meanwhile, Systar lets the monkey try something first, just like last time:

[Planky dex:6+1-1=6]
[Zolond dex:2+1=3]

[Planky str:1-1+1=1]

The wooden monkey jumps after the Mage, managing to scratch one of his legs with his giant knife.

Now it is Systar's turn:

[Systar dex:4+1-1=4]
[Zolond dex:1+1-1=1]

[Systar str:6+1=7]
[Zolond dex:5]

The bearded devil sweeps one of the Mage's legs with an astonishing amount of strength, probably accumulated during all the damned failures he had to endure. Zolond falls to the ground and rolls a little bit so that the fall doesn't hurt him much.

[On ground]

The monkey jumps around, seemingly happy for this.

This science is probably a very bad idea... which is even more reason to do it!
And it seems that I misinterpreted something from the public wordlist...
Not-as-interesting science!
Well, if anyone has the word for targeting all of oneself, I'd also like to trade for that as well.

More *cough* Science! *Cough, cough*

[Pot:3+1-1=3]
You get a fist-sized rock.

[Pot:4+1-1=4]
A golden line appears and draws a hippopotamus.

[Pot:3+1=4]
Nothing happens!

Your cough is receding at an amazing speed, though, it is possible for you to get rid of it soon!

((You got pretty unlucky in the cough rolls, but incredibly lucky in the disease fighting roll))

Research 2: Da search for more words.

Moar science!

[Pot:4+1=5]
A golden line appears and draws a wall.

[Pot:5+1=6]
Now you get a lot of pieces of cardboard.

[Pot:2+1=3]
Now you get a lollipop. It falls to the ground over the cardboard.

[Pot:5+1=6]
A big chunk of something silver appears in front of you and...
[Str:4]
It tries to pull your spear! Damn magnets and magnetism.  You manage to keep your spear, but the magnet it attached to it, not letting you to have much freedom to move around, not to mention the amount of strength you have to put to not lose your weapon and fall to the ground. You will have to find a way to remove it. You get the sensation that if something distracts you, you will lose hold of the spear.

When dodging, you have to options: try to keep the spear, with a -2 dex malus (much like wrestling), or letting it go, in which case you need to find a wall to lean over so that you don't fall to the ground.

[Pot:3+1=4]
A golden line draws a table.

((Incidentally, you were going to do exactly that if you had rolled more dex the former turn.))

[Dex:4+1=5]
You rip out all the cloth with your claws. You now can fit your hands into the bigger hands! Unfortunately, as they are not gloves, you will have to bend the hands so that they can grasp something.

[Str:2+1=3]
You make some progress towards doing so, but not much ((+1 to next action if it doesn't succeed at first))

Now, the awesome part: science!

[Pot:2+1=3]
Nothing happens!

[Pot:4+1=5]
A golden line draws a door.

[Pot:6+1=7]
A big chunk of porcelain appears and falls to the ground, breaking into smaller pieces.

[Pot:2+1=3]
A golden line draws something. You are not sure what it could be. It looks like a banana or something.

[Pot:2+1=3]
You get some styrofoam.

Quote from: Beirus
PM
You go full EP:

[Pot:4+1=5]
Two portals open, a purple light irradiating from one, and a silver one irradiating from another. A line emerges from each portal, bearing the same colors as the dimension they came from. They both try to intertwine, but they are unable to come close to each other and abruptly separate. Then each of them proceeds to draw an individual sheep. With two synchronized flashes of light, both sheep materialize into cloth. The silver one has its surface carves with geometrical patterns, while the other one, the purple one, has its surface carved with twisted lines that, if they have a pattern, it becomes more difficult to rationalize the more you try to do so.

Both sheep look at each other, then begin trying to bite the hell out of them. Not succeeding much, though. Incidentally, the purple sheep seems to be having a difficult time biting the silver one. Some force seems to be preventing it from even touching the other one.

((Hehe, I won't let you have both forces at the same time. That would be the most OP thing in the universe))

Quote from: EP
PM

Now, you do something crazy too!

[Pot:6+1+1=6]
Nothing happens!

That was a wasted turn.

Quote from: Rolepgeek
No action!
