T7 is 9,766 (~20,000 for two, ~30k for three)
T8 is 25,635 (50k-75k for 2-3)
T9 is 67,139 (130k-200k)
T10 is 183,105 (360k-540k)

T5 ranking is at 11,016~29,384 so you could fit 3x T7 legs and rather small weapons.
78,521 is the upper limit for T6, so you could fit a few T8 legs or one reasonably built bot with T7 legs.

So lowest tier for legs?  Unreasonably T4, with nothing else.  Reasonably T6.

There was one iteration of my now-T10 SMG hover which could hillclimb on a good day, pre-walker introduction. Fun times were had, I managed to get on one good vantage point to lock down 4 enemy bots (think the map was Tihonium canyon?)

Meet the Zero, my t4 plasma sat. I go high, hover around a spot, and bombard the map. It's pretty fun, and thanks to all those electroplates, I've actually deflected several rail shots. I even had a game where I killed 4 in a row with one shot!
