capping was horribly broken for boss battles, so I am happy it was nerfed to hell before introducing them back

anyway, finally having some fun. hackers will be back in no more 6 hours, so enjoy while it lasts

I built a T3 railgun spider! I just need to perfect booster placement and i'll have a robot with two railguns that can stick to walls.

How high of a level is recommended before jumping to tier 2?  I had an account, but I barely played it, so I'm still at tier 1.

Eh, just keep building up your robot naturally. You'll be pFlop limited until you get levels, so it is sort of a natural progression marker. When your robot can hit Level 2, you should be in level 2!
