Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

I hope we can get wings at some point so we can actually make some sort of jet plane, instead of just high-speed blimps.

actual fighter jet things would be awesome. The inherit drag of helium is a bit annoying. I suppose its a balance thing.

Jet fighter planes faster than a tank, is harder to hit, lower visibility and better accuracy would be terrifying.

But like all flying bots will have little to no armor and due to the use of speed to cover for this will only get one or two shots in at a time, limiting damage and aiming.

it depends on the craft, mine for example can take quite a few hits, however on average once every 30 matches or so i'll flat out die in a single shot. But i'd estimate it takes around 15 shots to my flier to render it inoperable or dead, all depends on how things go. usually you cant get more then 2 block thick armor unless you do some wierd stuff...maybe I should try it sometime.

Nope, since it's not a bug. It's just the huge amount of recoil from the higher tier guns.
