I do better aim with flyers. The problem is I can't build one that survives a few hits without endless upwardness afterwards; If it can it ends up as a hovertank instead :|

Though I've been being cheap and only using 1s since they're easily reachable at T2. 2s would probably solve the problem far better, but they cost about twice and some as much each.

yeah... many t1s items like thrusters and stuff are handy to have even in tier 10 i guess.
so its not a waste to get them anyhow.

Personally, I find that waiting 3 minutes and knowing you're going to get into a battle (bar server issues) is vastly superior to the potential of waiting 10 minutes wondering when you're going to get into one. But that's just me.

With the amount of players playing right now and being instantly booted from a game the moment you die, I don't think you'd have to wait very long to get into a game. I'm basically browsing B12 at the same time as I'm playing this game.

......and they found a way to enter low level match with full obsidian cubes.

is it me or can you just take high level items into T1 matchs  as long as you have a small bot?

Yeah, if you balance it right you can get some really high-level things into low-level games. It can be annoying, but usually those who do such things have to sacrifice something in order to wield such deadly power compared to other players. In a few cases, I've seen tanks with high-level front armor but that can be flanked and shredded in seconds.

VonZay shouldn't have brought them to that game, though. But he also likes Dwarf Fortress and even streamed it...A year ago.

I need to find a way to convince him to play the game again at some point.
(for the record, VonZay AKA Wonziu AKA Maciej Makuła is a Polish twitch/YT celebrity responsible for a sudden influx of Polish players not too long ago, I think I already mentioned that)


I'm not saying that there weren't any Polish people playing Robocraft before he streamed it, but I'm sure that a large part of them came only after that.

yes you can, but not this wasn't small. it was twice wide and 1.5 longer than my tank, trice high and with late level hoverblades.
