I'm pretty sure that's just because the 'tier' balance on some of the items is absolutely horrendous. It scares me a little to think about what kind of insane crap goes on in tier 10 matches.

Seems fun. Just hoping there is many different parts, weapons, items and different maps with some tactical gameplay.
Fun times. Just can one choose servers or they just pop up as random?

Thing is, as far as I could tell, he simply said 'X, Y and Z are hacking' with no evidence.

I hope to god he DID give evidence, otherwise you could get banned by someone who hates you.

the bot design files were checked by the administration, i assume

Or you could just look at the pictures, and see the robots loaded with L5 armor and guns in low tier matches.

Not much, mine qas a mixed bag.

Anyway, balance with helium and remember that you want up/down truster unbalanced, so that you pitch your nose when pressung up/down, so the main engine can help in climbing.

I found useful to have forward engine a bit below center of mass so ship pitches up when accellerating

Same reason I put back truster quite below the com, so ship pitch down and climb when going backward

reaching 1200 cpu. full repair is almost 8 minutes, and repair costs are around 1100 rp.
this flyer is expensive.

I have a hovertank,  planning on adding wheels to it, however it is fairly weak right now, the last two games I ended up as a chair flying around with a single T2 hoverblade.  (still in T1)

ok, this is how i see it:
wheels have a lot of advantages:
they are much more manouverable, they are faster. you can flip other tanks.
but, once a tank reaches a certain size, wheels get stuck a lot. any pice of rubble, any hole in the ground, and the match is pretty much over for you.
so, once you want to fit l5 guns, its proably best not to use wheels anymore.
but, keep in mind, hoverblades have one more disadvantage: they hover. so usually they can be hit by much more enemies then ground vehicles. so hovertanks get shot a lot, and realy need very good armor or they just will blow up very fast.
one other pro for the blades: bugusers with armored upward facing frontcannons are as easy to disarm as any other player.

Wheels are easy to use as well, just slap down a few blocks in a line bolt on four wheels and as long a you don't use all steer or drive wheels your good to go.

Damage wise sure your exposed but loseing a wheel just slows you down and hurts your steering, not a deadly tumble.

This game is a lot of fun. I'm using a bulky van-type robot right now, which is fun. It can take a fair number of hits, but it tends to get flipped onto its side. When that happens, I can still shoot things, but I can't move, which can be troubling.

yeah. i guess i failed to make my point^^
what i tried to say was:
if you dont *need* to use hovers because your tank gets to big, youre proably better of with wheels.

I don't really see any point in having wheels that aren't dual-drive, though you might be able to point out reasons now that I've said it because I'm always wrong.
