I'm level 82 but have very low RPs (just returned after a looong hiatus). What's the best vehicle type to earn RPs?

Everything keeps changing, but I find at mid-tiers plasma/railguns are good when paired with a medigun.

(This is assuming you're not a scumbag who buys a flak cannon like me)

Healing is probably still the most reliable way. Park yourself next to a big tanky robot and keep them healed up. Helps your team win and you're usually up in the top scorers of the board. It is a good idea to have a secondary weapon, of course, for when that's not an option. Nanos are pretty short range.

Nano heals don't have an offensive mode anymore.

2-3 decent heal guns and some railguns should make you a good support bot

Thank you, been looking into using healgun (nano-something). I just gotta get the RPs. Last time I played this game was probably 2-3 years ago and I came back recently being level 82 and having 10,000 or so RPs and 1 simple bot (2500-point ish). Learning about triforce armor now and going to build a triforce tank with either plasma or laser.

Do note that laser is no longer hitscan, along with rail. You actually have to hit yonder target to hit yonder target.

Based on the videos from various authors on YouTube and my own experience, yes it does work.

I've been using triforce chassis and since then my survivability has improved. Currently using a 6.5k version of this:

EDIT: Damn, I didn't know Battle Arena rewards more RPs and XPs than TDM... I spent 2 days doing TDM exclusively to gain a small sum of RPs each game, now racking in 100,000 RP each win in BA with my 7.3k lasertank. And man, I got hooked by this game, went from level 82 to level 97 in 2 days. Anyone knows when they will have GC on special next time?

Yeah, that was implied in the earlier post about weapon changes. I think I'm going to get back in to Robocraft now that it's not all about the same old grind to get enough money to build with a half-decent selection of components.

You woukd only have normal bot cpu to do it with (up to lv 150). Megabots are ded.
