I actually don't know how to screenshot things. Are there any 3rd party thingyummies for screenshots you would recommend?

No, just the "Print" button on your keyboard. It will make a screenshot. Then just open any picture pogram, be it super fancy photoshop or just paint and press CTRL+V (paste). Usually these are a bit large, so you crop out the area you want to show, save it, and go to a image host, like imgur.com.

I like imgur.com .  It's easy, free and always good for a few moments of interesting browsing.  Most people crop the screen shot in MSPaint because it's again free and easy and most computers have it.  Size is monitor dependent but cropping things to 8" wide will show OK on laptops as well as full screens.

  http://tnypic.net/index.php doesn't require an account and normally doesn't take more than a few minutes to work. But I haven't tried Imgur, so it may be just as effective or even better.

IrfanView is another good and tiny image viewer. Does or used to fit on a double sided floppy disk.

I tend to use my deviantart account, most of my stuff is cropped/altered in MSpaint and saved in the .PNG format to keep the resolution.  (Although I usually save them to my hard-drive as .BMP files first, so I don't inherit picture flaws from the compression.

The ¤CAthedral needs more religous staff, to be religousteamed.
So I request to be dwarfed as Avdpos, a peasent who learns religous and maybe science staff, either from existing group of #1-4 or a new one.

Would also like to have a turn if thats possible..

If you have windows 7, you can just use the "snipping tool" utility from the windows button (just make a search for it). This way you don't have to print scree and then paste into a program.

That should be possible. I do have an unamed minister of research. Researching and inventing is sciency, isn't it? Or, if you want to be more religious themed, I was planning to have a volcanic oracle of armok set up, now that I have a safe route to magma. I could have you dorfed as the next victim immigrant, and have you operate it.

We have discovered a link in the mysterious "Rest" revolt. Each revoltee drinks nether grour, becomes "Very Drowsy" and "Rests". We have forbidden all nether grour in the fort.

Who the hell thought its a good idea to brew plants from the third cavern? ^^

And what did I do that you call my death justice? First you poison the people, then refuse to make water like Jimboo did his entire turn.

That might have been me, I set a couple farmers to gather all the plants in the unworked area of the agricultural level because I didn't like the idea of relying on well water when alcohol was an option. There's a lot of "tiling" up there, so that's probably how the 3rd-cavern plants got into our inventory. I also set 3 "Brew Drink 30"s in the job manager to avoid job cancellations from a lack of stone pots/specific plants. (I also set 3 "Make Rock Pot 30" in the JM, because we were out of those too.) It never occurred to me that lots of booze could be a bad thing. Sorry about that...

You are just lucky I didnt put the effects of nether poison (the one that you make at the Toxicologist) to the drink. Otherwise the fortress would have been overrun, because everyone would have transformed into spider demons. ^^

25th sandstone: The wooden planks we had ordered are complete. will_tuna, the minister of woodworking is working on making parquet tiles from them.

1st timber: The research isn't coming along well. PeaSant has been reassigned to minister of currency and Avdpos, a migrant experienced in science and invention has taken her place.

2nd timber: We have reached enough funds for another teleportation.

3rd timber: Upon inspection of the metalworking area, We have noticed a chronic lack in that area. The minister of forging still tantrums and disrupts the order of Cathedral. We have ordered the construction of a Blast Furnace and have issued a warning to the minister of forging.

4th timber: We have a surplus of trade licenses, so We have ordered the construction of a Bomrek's Bargains.

5th timber: Niku, minister of texting has complained of having no clothes. We have instructed him to go make his own

6th timber: The otherworldly battle still rages far below
