She shudders in her sleep as the long, black, curved knife slides from between her shoulder blades, but the bleeding is light. You examine the blade, but can't detect any poisonous substances.

also note that you can use share pain in reverse, or on two entirely different creatures, so long as their willing. It only covers HP damage, not ability damage, Whcih I suppose makes it useless against most poisons, but it could still be done. I'll scrap that action anyway, I guess.
