On other notes, it is difficult to find stuff that fits well enough to be +4 LA. This is annoying. I suppose I can have some Racial HD, since those count as the 4. Domovoi have +2 LA and 2 R-HD; I couldn't add a template without being a lower level than absolutely necessary, but...I dunno. A lot of stuff fits well together, but only reaches +3 LA. It's annoying. >.<

Do a LA+1 race and then grab Spellwarped.  Or do a LA+3 and grab Winged or something (Winged is mediocre for what it gives, though.)

Or you could go with an LA+1 race with Half-Dragon... Or a +1 with lycanthrope (Because not natural lycanthropes are bad, natural all the way because control)...  Most of the templates I use are +3 LA

(Also, I've got the ideas for my next 2 rolled chars, you already know about the flying mounted thing, whether it ends up being an arrowhawk or a giant eagle/owl.. But the second... Half-Dragon Troll, 39 Strength without any items... without any buffs, he can carry more than our Dirigible... Alone... 11200 Max load)

EDIT: Still flipping through the Arms and Equipment Guide, and found the part for mercs... Can we take over a kingdom with a small army of skirmishers dropped into a town after dark, killing anyone with any amount of power/the guards?

Depends on the defenses the kingdom had in place. If it was a fascist paradise, it would have secret police you wouldn't know to kill.

I think we have the resources to scout that out beforehand :P. And if it is, we have the technology to find another kingdom (on that note, are you going to give us a map to start off of, and maybe some basic information about the world/kingdoms therein?)

My computer drawing skills are terrible, and I don't have a defined universe because I'm ad-libbing the story, so no :P.

You could do that, but the other kingdom probably has the military ethic of Switzerland. And the one next to it uses elementals as guards, and keeps them wandering around on other planes when not in use, and summons them using a wizard who is guarded at all hours of the day, which means you would have to use assassins, not skirmishers.

Please roll a character, mastahcheese... We want you! (Also, we should have a melee-focused character other than the warlock, who I'm not really sure whether is going to be melee- or range-based)

I would, but my knowledge of templates is pitiful (other than the saint template), I'm unfamiliar with many races that have level adjustments, and I don't normally make characters up to level 10.

Also, while I know of many feats and spells, I am utterly clueless when it comes to magic items, as they've simply never been in my style, I prefer for my characters to not need magic trinkets, so I never design them with it in mind.

We have:

A 'sneak-attacking-with-a-ballista' Minotaur
A psychotic Pixie of Doooooooom
A semi-angelic Bard
A Mind Flayer Sorceror ghost. Because why the fuck not.

Remember, the Mind Flayer is a young child as well. Despite Mind Flayer children being tadpoles.

Wait, it got killed as a child, and rather than staying dead was all like "Forget you guys! Sorcerer ghost time!"

I'm very tempted to join, partially because of this:

Although I don't feel like making a super-powerful character, I do enjoy watching people get murdered in creative ways.
You could always roll up a normal character and make the DM feel bad for obliterating you from orbit.
Really?
You might actually survive longer as a result. You never know.

I'm currently considering either a very well-intentioned Samurai, a crazy-survivalist Expert, or a happy-go-lucky-yet-horribly-optimized absurd mish-mash of multiclassing.

EDIT: If I make a Lycanthrope who turns into an animal with less than 1 HD, do I still have to replace a class level with the animal HD? Or do I only have to spend the three levels for the template?
