I'm definitely interested. Is this going to be like a Mystery Dungeon Type thing? Will there be Mega Evolutions and the like?

It might have some similarities to MD, but I haven't played it a lot (I have the general grasp of it), but it's for the most part going to be "Pokemon Might and Magic Versions" more than anything else.
And Mega Evos...Who knows?

Because the actual region/continent/ is the entirety of the playable world here, in which there are multiple smaller kingdoms/states/baronies/tribes/what have you.

Be wary though, my knowledge of Pokemon (both in terms of mons themselves and the new mechanics) starting from Gen V gets really loose, so if I make any mistakes in that respect, don't hate on me.

Amusingly, I know more about HoM&M more than Pokemon. Well, one of the old versions I bought a game for, discovered the disk was terrible, and then read the strategy guide for way more than I should have.

You know fun fact about Heroes of Might and Magic, all the factions are space faring people after years of being stuck on a planet and that's why artifacts and other magic stuff exist. At least, that was the plan at first.

Yeah, if I remember what I read correctly people were getting upset with that because they were making a Civ based around the high tech left over so they just scraped the Civ and continued on.

And the Ubisoft HoMM is just yet another generic high fantasy.

I want my minotaurs with jetpacks ffs.
In any case, something related to the sci-fi aspect of HoMM may be a thing in this RP.
