Remember all those old cartoons about post-apo barbarians hunting down wizzards, mutants and giant lizardss? Well, this aims to give you such feel. IN MULTIPLAYER~
It is RTD which requires little amount of roleplay and complexity; just simple rules!
CHAPTER 0001: CRUNCH SOME NUMBERS WITH YOUR LIZARD MILK BEFORE GOIN' TO BATTLE, MY GRANDMA SAYS!There is a hit roll (1d6), and damage roll. That's all.
During your turn, you can take one of these actions:
ATTACK: normal attack that includes a hit roll and damage roll.
SHOOT: use appropriate
hi-tech ranged weapon magical equipment of yore. Your enemy doesn't retaliate, but ranged weapons have limited uses, compared to melee weapons.
DEFEND: instead of attacking, you get +1 to evade roll until your next turn. You can defend allies, providing a meatshield for them. Remember that the evade bonus caps at +4!
IDLE: you pass the turn doing nothing.
COMMAND: you command your mount to attack with its jaws/claws.
SCAVENGE: instead of fighting, you grab weapon/magick/shield of (you choose) your enemy had if you killed him/her in previous turn; this action is available ONLY right after you kill your enemy!
INSPIRE: your allies get +1 to hit and evade, you get -1 to hit and evade. This special action is reserved only for Commanders.
CHAPTER 0010: YA LOOK LIKE SOME THICK WASTELAND SHIT, YOIn Post-Apo Fodder, you need no backstory or deep character development. All you need is:

Beast Lord: You start with a War Raptor Mount. They do NOT roll for Magick items, however!
Bruiser: Melee weapons get +1 Damage.
Crush Master: You get +1 to hit with blunt weapon, and start with randomly choosen weapon of that category, other than Bone Club.
Edge Master: You get +1 to hit with edged weapon, and start with randomly choosen weapon of that category, other than Kitchen Knife.
Commander: You can INSPIRE your allies. You start with random, non-War Raptor Mount; also your Armor will be Army Combat Suit or better.
Mutated Bones: Your bones are fragile and lightweight; you gain +2 to evade roll, but edge/stab weapons deal +1 damage to you, while blunt weapons get +2 damage bonus.
Mutated Muscles: Your mishapen, irradiated body denies you the use of Armors, but you get +5 to max.Hp and regen 1 HP at start of each turn!.
Stab Master: You get +1 to hit with pierce weapon, and start with randomly choosen weapon of that category, other than Sharpened Stick.
Yer a Wizzard: Instead of GM rolling one Magick item, you CHOOSE TWO!! They must be of different kind.

Most of them are destructive in some way, some are wear-able equipment.

"Oh I know those, you just pull out that mithril ring out of it and then toss at your enemy, and they will explode in ball of hellish flames!"Thunder Tube: 3-6 damage, 5/5 ammo, +1 to hit.
"Thunder Tube! A godly weapon of yore, just point at enemy and pull the trigger whilst chanting the magical words inscribed on the side, 'LASER PISTOL ISSUE NO.15-A'!"Dragon Rod: 5-9 damage, 3/3 ammo, +1 to hit.
"Dragon Rod! I've seen guys dying after one blast from this thing! Chant the words of "LASER RIFLE PROT-3" whilst triggering this artifact, and watch your enemy get zapped!"Holy Cube: Restores 3 HP of the target. 3/3 ammo.

THEY CAN CHEW THE SHIT OUTTA THOSE OTHER PUNKS!If you're a Beast Lord or Commander, you get a Mount. They have their own HP; to inflict damage to you, Melee weapons first need to kill your mount. Note that 'magick' devices are ranged and thus can deal damage directly to you.
Remember! Your Mount does NOT gain hit/evade bonuses OR minuses in any way, including whatever modifiers you might get from your skill/equipment!
When you lose your Mount, you cannot get it back in any way or Scavenge for another one, so be careful whom you're ordering it to attack!
