Requested Planet: Mars
Backstory: A man of faith and belief, Abd-al-Karim learned to believe in the scripture, and sees himself in the position to create a paradise garden on planet Mars.
He used to study Urban Developmental Architecture and Geopolitcal Engineering at the university of Cairo and worked previously for Saudia Arabian ivestors.
He despises the excessive waste of resources.

Name: Jerimus Machinas
Represented Entity: Jupiter's moons (Jupitians)
Backstory: Raised in the harsh, dangerous bases and mining colonies orbiting Jupiter, Machinas has had extensive cybernetic modifications. What skin remains not plated in chrome and titanium alloys is bronze and withered from rad-tan. A heavy-set figre, covered in thick robes that double as effective protective gear, the highly-oxygenated air of Earth cause him to rely on a clunky rebreather covering most of his face. Too long were the Jupiter colonies ignored by Earth in their times of need; they are a hard, strong people, willing to sacrifice themselves and their labours for the greater good of the Jupiter people.

((I'm pretty sure the Jovian Moons haven't been colonized yet. And I'm not sure about cybernetic technology either. I mean, Merkel is still alive, so the game probably takes place only a few decades in the future))

The game is set in the year 2100 so I imagine this is a different Merkel, unless she is a vampire *dramatic music*

Its a different Merkel, and yes, its 2100. We all start on Earth for now, so we will take our planets after they've been settled.

Ukrainian your app is fine you are in.

Gglamesh, fine except for some things: Jupiter Moons are not colonized yet and tone it a bit down with cybernetics.

Detoxicated yours is fine too although you have to be authorized by the Senate for the Senatorship of Mars but otherwise you are in.

Thrix adjusted his cap as he stepped forward, he had been given this job to represent his organization, and he'd be damned if he didn't do it well and with every bit of respect one of his station deserved. He cleared his throat slightly before speaking,

"While I agree with the plan I would like to propose two final amendments before it gets underway, the first is focusing on taxes, and the second on the constitution.

First I propose that an additional 10,000 credits will go untaxed if a colony manages to expand its industry or infrastructure by a fifth before each tax session takes place. Then finally I put forth a military addition to the constitution, so that all colonies are required to maintain at minimum four regiments, a military fortress, and two ships as a planetary defense. That is all."

The Chancellor, a distant relative of the German Chancellor Merkel stood up again.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Senate the following votes will now be put forward and can be voted for and against by each and everyone of you.

This includes our recent additions to the Chamber of Representatives,

Pope John Paul III. and Abd-al-Karim Ibrahim.


The Following Things stand to vote. You may accept the Constitution of the Terran Republic as a whole and you may vote for or against singular Paragraphs in it.

1.The Constitution of the Terran Republic

1st Paragraph: The Human Rights Act

1§ All Humans are free and equal
1.1. Slavery of any Human Being is illegal

2nd Paragraph: The Civilian Spacecraft Security Act

2§ Civilian Spacecrafts may not be under any circumstance attacked

3rd Paragraph: The Granger Act

3§ Use and Production of any and all WMDs is forbidden
3.1. Development, Production, Transport of (potential) WMD's requires Senate permission.

2. The Colony Development Act

1st Paragraph: The Benign Neglect Act

1§ The First 10.000 Credits in Colonial Income will not be taxed by the Republic

2nd Paragraph: The Swift Development Act

2§ A further 10.000 Credits will go untaxed if a Colony manages to expand its industry (Colonial Income) by one fifth before each tax session.

3rd Paragraph: The Colonial Defense Act

1§ A Colony is required to maintain a Colonial Militia of at least 4 Ground Units, 2 Space Units and a single Guard Post.

Terran Emergency Government Actions

Production of one Colony Ship
Cost: 7.000 Credits

Production of three Class One Warships for exploration purposes
Cost: 3.000 Credits

Research Investments in Military, Civic and Social Research in equal parts
Cost: 60.000 Credits
