What is this: This is an interactive LP, strictly enforced by the Terran Senate, and I am your host: Scoopius Beard, although my friends call me Scoopbeard. Anyone may watch/follow this story-based, update-oriented LP, and a number of people may also participate in the LP by becoming part of the Senate.
Joining the LP: As new planets are colonized by our glorious republic posters may sign-up as senators representing those planets. Senators will be elected on a first come, first serve basis and will serve until the LP is over, their planet is no longer part of the republic, or they are largely inactive/request termination.

Updates:A transcript of interesting events, treaties, battles, and senate votes will be presented in narrative/informational form each update. Anyone watching the LP or in the senate may feel free to contribute with their own RP stories or tales as long as they fit within the setting (which appears to be slightly dark). Also, as some colonies may inevitably be lost to us, if you wish continue your senator's story you may do so in aforementioned side RP.
Participation Outside The Senate/RP:Unless you're pretty heavily into a side RP, any and all watchers are considered part of the 'House of Representatives'. Occasionally, decisions and courses of action will be put to the house instead of the senate, and suggestions will be taken from there.
