As a person who has run a similar type of game to this, I should warn you that these games get extremely popular and without a player limit you may be spending over an hour writing a single turn.

((One hour? In MY day, I would spend multiple hours writing just one turn for a bunch of super-losers. And I'd do it in the snow, uphill both ways!))

Crush orcs with my hammer making a mighty roar, interrupted for short but loud prayers to Warsmith! I do hope that men who are facing that massacre will understand that their whole life is a siege (and maybe even strike the distracted hordes with a sudden counteracttack), and even if The FIrst Prophet dies, another will pick the Hammer.

Dang. Lance got the best roll, but I guess I'm not too far.

Bring some Redwood townspeople as Disciples, and find another town and tell them of Eido's mysteries.

The Speaker teaches the village better smelting techniques.

If possible, it then uses its' artifact to fashion far superior tools for them.
