Ah i forgot the last Goblin, the one who gots woundet in last Battle. Thats the one turn on the shelter. He will of course be up again in the coming turn and also gets armed with, hmm well a hoe? Better than nothing i guess.

Shipslayers (Startpoint):

The Priest steps forward and says that you want to see the Slaves and choose one of them to buy. The Orc grins and winks the others over. The Slavers show you their "Wares".
A second later the Eyes of your Priest beginn to glow. The Priest gains Control over a Orc with Shield and Sword, standing next to another Orc with Shield and Sword. The Controled Orc stabs the Orc in the Back, do 6 Damage. Killing the Orc. 3 turns left until you lose Control. The Priest is unable to move.
The last Orc turns around, trys to shout but a second later three Spears fly into his Chest, do 11 damage. The Orc dies. The Human became a Soldier!
One Miner continues to carve Stairs, 2 turns left.

What should happen with the Slaves? Free them and ask if they wanna join your Village or let them Choose by themselfes?

If they wish to go give them a crude spear and single loaf of bread.

Oh, tie up that controlled one. When he wakes give him the option of death, joining us as a free citizen or being handed over to his former slaves.

The orc either gets enslaved or killed - after interrogation. We can't have him run and alert his peers about us...

The - now former - slaves can join or leave, their decision, really.

One Elf drops the Shovel and gathers some Orange Berries.
One Woodcutter begin to fell a Tree, 3 turns left.
One Miner begin to mine some Copper Ore, 3 turns left.
One Ranger drops Shield and Hammer, picks up the Saw and begins preparing the Trunk, 1 turn left.
One Soldier frees the Slaves from the Rope and tie up the Orc, 1 turn left.
Two Soldiers are looting the Orc Corpse for there gear.
One Architect/Soldier begins to craft some Rock Blocks, 3 turns left.
One Miner continues to carve some Stairs, 1 turn left.

You free the Slave and let them choose. Everyone is very gratefully for what you have done! The Elf steps forward, drops a Map, "I need to go home to my Family. Here is a Map of the Continent. I will make sure to send every Trader i see to this Place!".
The Dwarf and the Humans step forward after the Elf. The Dwarf bows down and then says:"Thank you for saving me! I will join your Village, but i need to go Home first. I was a Trader back Home and i think there are still some Supplies there. The Orcs came and attacked Stromkirch, were i lived, and enslaved everyone! I think they didnīt found my secret Room there. At last i hope so because there are many precious things in there! I will take the two Humans here with me and make sure to be back tomorow Morning. I hope you allow me to take some Spears and some Food with me for the walk."

Note:
You now have 13 Villagers! You can now Choose one of them to become the Headman of the Village! Choose wisely becaus the Headman will become some kind of a Hero and you can choose between two from following    attributes: Health, Strengh, Agility and Intelligence. The choosen    attributes will get a +3 Bonus. You are free to just choose one attribute and get a +6 Bonus on that if you like.
And you should make sure to give some Orders to the Villagers or else the next turn will be wasted. I gave the Villagers some orders so the turn isnīt wasted.

blue-red dwarf (I think thats a dwarf) is headsman, with extra health.

Elf keeps gathering, three solders guard the ork, stair carver keeps at the stairs, someone read a map.
Thank the newbies, give them what food we can spare, also some weapons.

The Foreman/Soldier doesn't sound bad... might as well give him the title.

Else it seems that everyone is busy. Which is good.

Have soldiers retrieve the spears. Each of them has a shield. The rest are put in the central stockpile.

The orc either gets enslaved or killed - after interrogation.
Disarm him, interrogate him, and then sacrifice him to the Blood God.

Have the dwarven foreman/soldier become headsman and increase Intelligence and Strength.

Goblin makes buckets and barrels out of the log.

Miner stops mining copper ore. We don't need that at the moment. Start digging out foundations to lay stones in to make a proper building next to the shelter.
