Here are the orders for Spring 1902. France has failed to send in any orders, so a spare was called in from a Diplo game I'm running another forum (He assures everyone he's acting in good faith; I'd have chosen different orders, but different strokes for different folks). There are a couple places where I really should have gotten back to people to be clearer about invalid orders, but by the time I got back from dinner today none of them were online. Due apologies to Austria and Turkey. I hope I've been kinda fair about my resolutions.

I would also like to note that (this isn't about bad orders, but gameplay) at least one player here is either a complete idiot or a stooge, and likely both. I'll leave it to the reader to determine who. There are a couple of probably stupid moves by other players, too.

(Which, I hasten to add, is normal. It takes a few games to get the hang of this.)
England (Rolepgeek)
A (London) to Belgium
F (North Sea) convoy [A (London) to Belgium]

Everyone keeps promising me they'll support something, then orders a move to that place instead. DOES NOONE UNDERSTAND THE SUPPORT RULES?

Sorry guys, I don't know why I'm spacing on this but this is the second time I've fucked up reading the time the orders are due. Must of thought 3 AM GMT time was 3 PM GMT. It'd probably be better if someone replaced me anyways.

for a newbie, pretending to not understand the movement rules to discguise an intentional move as a misorder is a valueable tool of deception

No offense, mastah, but the likeliest answer is the only player who has sent in any invalid orders, who has done so twice...

I am suprised at what turkey is doing. he squandered the *perfect* opportunity to take on russia. is he that worried about italy that he thinks italy is going to attack both him and austria at the same time? I suspect russia talked him into it, which would be a good move - for russia

Err, we say kibbitzing is bad etiquette, then we start doing it regardless?  Because, if we're kibbitzing, I have worlds to say on Turkey's probable motivations and likely greatest threats at the moment. ^_^

if you are thinking juggernaut, then I dare say that this is the worst execution of a juggernaut I have seen so far. the usual curse of action is to drop everything and eradicate russia and turkey is they are trying to pull that, but with the board as it is, I'd let it mellow and try to grab as much as I can before I actually need to turn my attention towards it.

all the juggernaut has going for it is momentum, but in this case...yeah, turkey might break through because italy and austria are doing nothing at all to prevent that, but russia..

I'll leave that for the players to figure out. when I am a player, who is on the opposite side of the juggernaut, I tend to hype it up to be a mega beast, usualy even on public to make sure it stops before it even starts, but as a neutral party, I dare say this could very well be stopped

Oh, heavens, no.  I've only ever played two games, but apart from an empty Black Sea (and that only this turn), this doesn't feel like a juggernaut at all.  No, I suspect Turkey's motivations are far more reactive than active at the moment.  Actually, apart from one or two possible team-ups, I can't really tell what alliances are extant at the moment.

((Also, I would have hated to go up against you in my only online game, because we did set up a juggernaut opener by accident.  That's the only reason I know the terms "juggernaut" and "Key Lepanto".))
