His shot goes wide, and dissipates in a flash of smoke against a nearby building. Stryker advances menacingly, chainsword whirring.

6+2 vs 5+2 Hit!

As Technocrat pulls his emergency release lever and his control module rockets off over the clustered buildings, Stryker's menacing blade begins to eviscerate the discarded mech.

Technocrat has been eliminated!

Meanwhile, some distance away, Spartan continued to run from his own pursuer, managing to dash out of sight just before Godzilla's cannon blasted apart another block up ahead.

Recovered from the ancient factories of Arcturus III, this hulking behemoth was designed apparently with the express purpose of close-range combat. It lacks typical weapons, and it may have trouble getting anywhere near a smart foe with its purposeful, heavily-reinforced crawl, but its immensely destructive main "gun" can rip about anything you care to point it at to shreds, and it certainly has enough armor to last a bit. The boys in R&D threw this in to study its operation and possible replication, and she's been modified with some pretty heavy-duty diagnostics and fire-analysis.
Weapons:
The Arcturan Eviscerator- 6d6 Short Stunning- This highly-advanced network of microaccelerators, molecular welders, and neuroshock nanoemitters, arranged throughout the system, allows the mech to, providing it can get within the highly limited range of the weapons system, quickly and effortlessly dismantle even the most powerful of hostile forces. With its powerful disabling properties, the Eviscerator system can paralyze, dismantle, and rend asunder anything it can get a lock on.
Systems:
Eviscerator Targeting Computer- An outdated but nonetheless powerful targeting AI with the express purpose of firing the Eviscerator, this system is still inadequate for making the most of the weapon.
