Before anyone else can react, Technocrat is off, using his superior speed to disappear into the maze of buildings where he can't be hit as easily. He exchanges parting shots with Stryker, who gives chase.
Technocrat: 5 vs 1+2=3, hit! Negated by SHIELD.
Stryker: 6+2=8 vs 2+4=6, hit! 11 damage!
Technocrat fires a precise blast with his Thunder Electro-Blaster, but the shot is absorbed by the powerful energy field protecting Stryker. He responds with a barrage of fire from his Fusillade Cannon, which catches the fleeing mech full in the back! His armor is shredded by the attack and the bullets rip through the vital support systems underneath, damaging his motor control and heavily injuring the pilot underneath! Technocrat collapses in the street as Stryker bears down on him!
Spartan also takes off, in the opposite direction, but isn't nearly as fast as the fleet warframes nearby, and is closely followed by Godzilla, who nonetheless has trouble keeping up. Godzilla fires a long-distance shot with his cannon at the fleeing Spartan.
Godzilla: 1-1=0 vs 3-4=-1. You both fail.
Godzilla's inaccurate weapon fires wide, demolishing a large swath of nearby building in a raging inferno. Spartan stumbles, his heavy walker not built for running, but is relatively unharmed by the flaming rubble blocking the path behind him.
