I'd submit an application, but... the rules are kinda empty and I'm not entirely sure what to put down in the application. Some more clarification would be wonderful.

I realize that the rules aren't well defined. I am still kind of making those up. On the one hand I am about to add how many points a major bonus will give you in the skills. (Hint: You get two extra points in the skills related to it.))

Appearance: Her hair changes colour with the sun. When it is high in the sky her hair is bright yellow, during sunrise or sunset it is fiery red and during nighttime it is impossibly black. Her eyes are brilliant orange, and glow faintly in the dark. Despite having no pupils, she can see perfectly fine.

I thought that I explained that government sanctioned MGs got a free pass. You know, until they out live their usefulness or go rogue. I'm tempted to use a rogue MG to wake the characters up.
