With the station rapidly tearing itself apart, you consider it no longer save to stay. As soon as everyone got on board, you blast the docking clamps, and the Redemption slowly tumbles into the void. You engage the drive system, and make your way to a safe location as fast as possible. A piece of debris passes closely by your ship, but a quick maneuver by the Ai prevents any damage. Once you have arrived a safe distance, you detach the gunship, and send them out to pick up survivors.

Meanwhile, nearby military ships are setting course for the station in order to assist in the triage. The three destroyer class ships, each only half the size of the Redemption, yet still no little threat, are escorting multiple support and hospital ships. While this makes a undetected escape unlikely, it gives you an easy location to drop of the survivors.
With the gunship is making itself useful picking up flung away habitat modules (the mercs didn't want to risk the ship by docking it to the station), the crew of the Redemption decides to check the local network for more information.

Local frequencies are filled with an unsettling broadcast.

Today is the day; my fellow Brothers and Sisters. The day we overthrow our oppressors, the Seata monarchy. From this day onwards, we will no longer suffer their tyranny, we will no longer fight in the shadows. Rise, my fellows, so that we can throw down the tyranny and establish the rule of the people.

The Seata patriarch is weak, and the Seata military is trembling. We have brought down their strongest fortress, and we will defeat them.

Anyway, you have received multiple hails. The local Seata military is ordering you to stand down and assist in the evacuation. You have also received several anonymous requests to provide security, and even a few messages inviting you to join the revolution.

Well, I assume my person is either now on or about to be, right?

And what missions are there, and how many can we do at one time?

Probably on board, right.

Unless you prefer being on a nearly destroyed space station.

Edit: Anyway, it appears the missions have accidentally gone missing. A moment.

Let's do the civilian evac mission, and then try and comply with all of the government missions orrrr the revolutions while we are still on the station, we'll make the call after we complete evac.

Oh... This is back! With all that unimportant stuff like revolution around and my new girlfriend I missed the update

Dislike evacuation, mostly because I dislike station based action preffering space-battles ))) Also I don't think that we will be able to finish current government\revolution missions if we waste time saving civilians. The battle will be over

One option I like is to take civilian escort missions before they find anyone else or go unescorted, get some cash, land on some safe base and try to learn what the hell is happening. Styarting with questioning the guy who worked on Saeta but now is on board. Then choose sides or GTFO to safer place

Another option is to remember that we are working on Saeta Government and go defend the facility, most action-packed plan and what needs to be done now, before the battle here is over. In fact I vote for rushing to the facility to protect it against rebel forces even if we are not of anti-fighter speciality. Or rather rush there and then decide what to do, if rebel are clearly winning... helping them may be in our interest

10ebbor10, How strong destroyers look? Is it clear suicide to surprise attack them? 15000 for their destruction is veeeery tempting and we are in position for a surprise salvo

Hey, we could always get the data, give a copy to the gov, take the money, blowup the gov and sell another copy of the data to the revs.

With luck we will bankrupt both sides.

The data already belongs to the gov. It's like "the launch code" and crap. It's picking a side.

And we must realize that if we go anti-government we will be hunted by real Navy. Not an easy way to live when you are flying around in a half-repaired ship. Not impossible to survive, but surely not easy

I like most to go and save that defensive facility NOW. The battle is going there and it is essential for outcome of war, by helping government there we may not only get reward in cash but also receive limited access to naval supplies

But going rebels way is a nice, too... Not  optimal IMO but !!Fun!! If only we knew more about them and their goals.

Lets evacuate that rich dude, he seems interesting enough. Also on our way back we can blast some of them rebels too.
