You extract a sheet of paper and stylo ad wright it down, than hand contract and stylo to Zacharia. He signs it - his signature is a complicated tracery that seems to contain his families emblem. You pass the stylo and paper to necromancer, and he signs it, too.

 - Very well! How about a feast to honor our meeting? - asks the necromancer - I can now spare no effort to produce some nice food and drinks!

Head to the library to search for any additional information I can find on the dark elves or more up to date rumors of haunted forests.

You able to learn from various sources that Dark elves now leave in self-exilement in the woods of Wildlands, as you presumed. They also say that a bunch of outcasts have settled in Wilds and built city not smaller than beletran and declared themself an indvidual state.

Look around town for some shady types, gather up 10 and have a meeting with them inside the military compound. Get a map to the individual state.

As a colonel I have the authority to hire military contractors right like mercenaries? Who will be paid from the military budget.)
