Round 1 - Adventureres: 4 - Abominations: 0
[initiative roll - 3 vs 4] Abominations still approaching, six of them. The distance is only 50-60 meters now.
[Urast's blast]
[4+1] BOOM! Bones are flying in the air again!
[3+1] This is shattered nearly fully, only a chunk with a hand and skull remains and crawls up to you. You guess it won't be hard to just stomp it afterwards.
[6+1] Destroyed. Eliminated. Dispersed. Reduced to dust. He stood right in the center of the explosion.
[3+1] Alexander knows the deal now and shoots to the neck. The skull is set into flight, and the abomination's body runs to retrieve it.
[1] Your precious carabine jams. Dammit. You unjam it quickly, but do no actual damage this round.
[2] Zigfried got disturbed by some tiny piece of dust that flew right to his eye and blinked while aiming. So, he missed.

Round 2 - Adventureres: 7 - Abominations: 0
[initiative roll - 5 vs 2] You manage with reloading buisness quickly.
Urast declares that this is his last explosive shot.
[Urast's blast]
[2+1] Got one of legs torn, stumbles and continues approaching by crawling with significant speed
[2+1] Pretty the same
[5+1] This one is destroyed.
[5+1] Alexander makes more careful aim and crushes another skull with a percise shot.
[2] Your shots hit the hard ribcage just a few inches below the neck.
[2] Zigfried's shot makes not more effet

Round 3 - Adventureres: 9 - Abominations: 0
[5 vs 6] the only abomination left is now very close - only ten meters in front of you.
[5] Urast grabs his mean-caliber sidearm quickly and makes a shot. The blast its the skull.

Adeventurers win.

It takes you about a minute to drop all of your imressive weaponry. Then, you make a step forward.
 - Fine. Follow us. Mercenaries, you may be free.
Two men come and search you. Sellgun yells about his payment in quite a language. One of the men finds your cash you wanted to give all other mercs as payment. An intelligence agent nods, and the gurd that found your cash passes them to Sellgun. He goes away, quite happy with it. Nephelaims leave dissapointed.
You are taken away. Your eyes quickly become folded and hands become cuffed. They lead you somewhere, than make you sit. Then, you hear a loud cling of metal doors. Than, a roar of starting engine tells you are going to be transported somewhere. You ride and ride and ride and ride. It takes eternity. Then, you finally stop. No idea how long have you been on your way. Then, someone opens the doors and pushes you out. The blindfold finally goes. You are on your way through dark gray corridor. Finally, you are thrown into one a room with a table and two chairs on the opposite sides of it. One is occupied by the figure you have alredy seen.
 - Sit down.

(( Uhm he can't release them from the contract, the contract is between them and me. Thats kind of the point of a contract only I can release them. ))

Afterword
The only person who ever cared about old colonel is his nephew, who predictably got a proper rank in intelligence servise, firstly because of proper relations, but then he proved himself to be a good agent. When his uncle didn't responded, he initiated the investigation. It took quite a time to find the body, but it told him nothing. it was almost impossible to track you, but then you used the Sigil authority. From that point, he caught your trace and began to follow your route. When you ended up in Castle, he sent an assasin using his rank and any other relations and authorities to contact the tribe who dedicated themselves to death cult. When assasin failed and you returned from wildlands, youк catch was just a matter of time.
He shot you without words and lomg accusations. His interrogation let him know for sure it was you.

wake up from deep coma. Head into the city, look for the merc guild and wait for someone to hire me for a job. Promote myself as a long range assassin.

Jaster shrugged. "Sure, why not?" he said, calling for a beer for himself. "The strongest you've got, please." He need strong drink for this; the man needed a lot to get buzzed. "Well, let's see. How far back do you want me to start? Just why I need to get to Saribous, or what got me wandering in the first place?"

First tome explains the very basics - that the matter of magic can be altered. It explains dozens of ways it can be altered while contnuous current is used. You guess you'll never need a fair part of them. It teaches to convert magic currents in whatever you like, from raw material to outer emotion pulses.
((You wanna read all the suggested books by the end, don't you? If so, I can just write a big update with your new skills description and most important info from those.))

You are familiar to the Capital's surroundings and find merc guild with no actual problems. There, You come to the small window and wonder if any requests on your account ((I presume you already have one in the guild)). A short fat man, probably even halfling, looks thrugh the papers and throws you two folders of gray paper. You get those and step aside to watch those. A brief look explains, that one is a bounty on a runaway criminal, and the second is a kind of minor political assasination. Second one pays five times more than the first one.

Caerwyn
You and guys reload your guns and go further to the place where the bonepile was used to be. This inner yard is pretty big, and a bit arena-designed - almost round, with two gates at opposite sides. you move from oe edge to the other, holding closer to the wall. You are in front of a huge gates. Those ones are closed. Any idea how to open those?
((Skeleton-looting showed nothing valuable was on them.))

Pick the higher paying job, ask for specifics - more details on the target, exact location, security, exact payment amount, etc. Also ask for a forward of 2/5ths

As she finishes cleaning her guns Alexis stood stretching herself with a look of exhaustion on her face before turning to her companions.

"Almost done ladies, once last run and we can finally get some sleep.[/color]"

They set of together moving quickly and quietly until they come within sight of the enemy then her 6 companions move out in front of her and she focuses her mind on the enemy camp sending whispers into the enemy leaders mind.
