Here's your fresh intelligence: 87 of 109 (I said about a hundred, not exactly hundred) settlements are currently occupied by elven forces, 14 are besieged and 8 are burnt to ashes.

Have the commandos return to the 87 settlements and order them to abandon there positions and fall back to Beletran on the generals authority. Have 1/2 of the soldiers from each of those settlements guard the civis as they retreat and the other half join my army.

Interview the teams from the 14 that are besieged, how large are the human forces besieging them and do they have dragons or heavy weapons.

You do so.
Those who were sent to 87 settlements with fall-back order returned with nothing - they say that nobody gives a fuck about authority of general of another army. And the fact a fall-back order was given under authority of Inner Army general did not added any weight to the order, but did quite opposite.
Those who saw besieged settlements report that there were nothing special exept quite large quantities of artillery and panzers. Besides, there are plently of infantry, too.

 - By the same reason, I can't say anything exept name of the trader - never met him in person. But duу to his reports, he's quite a proficient seller.

((You don't get it. There are 109 settlements on both sides of the border. And 84 of them are retaken or conquered.

Those guys work more proficient than you.))

Send out commando squads to locate the supply lines being used by the humans.

Continue my mages training and have commandos train my regiment.

Send a message to the highest ranking officer possible in the border army requesting a meeting with the general.

They do. Professional commandos begin to train conscripts, using local forests. [6] training of young mages goes very well - they are more disciplined and more powerful since your last visit. However, several transport units were hit by one of their latest trainings.

You use telegraph to contact the border army. Youк request of meeting is declined - they say the general is busy on the frontline.

Kathryn nods. You leave the Guild and head to the Land Transport Department - you've seen it while you were looing around in city.

Land Transport Department is rather new building. It is not very high and seems to consist of endless garages. At least, all the first floor of this U-shaped building consists of those, but the second seems to hold some offices as well as workshops. In the center of the bay formed by building about twenty huge trucks are standing, throwing out whole clouds of smoke from their pipes. You have never seen any of automobiles this big. Human figure seems to be twice shorter in height than the truck, and its elongated body might hold tons of goods.
Speaking of human figures. You see some of them, but most are loading the goods to the trucks. One seems to command them.

 - Yeah, quite ironic. However, there aare three of them. One mostly dwarven, second is elvish and the third is men's. Never got intreste in their politics and cultures and such.

Send an entire battalion of the 303 into enemy territory with explosives with orders to plant explosives with proximity detonators all across enemy roads and paths under the cover of darkness then return to base.

Do not engage and avoid detection at all costs.

Place scouts with radios on the supply rotes close to the border to send me advanced warning of any enemy supply convoys.

Ask the men who did the scouting if any of the sieges were humans attacking elves.
