http://www.mobygames.com/

It's hard for people to offer decent suggestions when you're so limited by what you can play. Moby Games is one of the most robust game databases I've ever seen, and I think you'd have a lot better luck utilizing it's search definitions to find something that appeals to you.

checked out the link and the web site is just too unspesific I mean I can't enter science fiction RPG third person can I?

So, nothing 18+, no magic, no strategy, has to have great graphics? Might be easier if you told us what sort of games you like, first, rather than having us guess.

Might not satisfy on the graphics dept, but Risk of Rain? Rogue Legacy? Super Meat Boy?

Or roguelikes: Brogue? Nethack?

What about Starsector? Sci-fi, semi-RPG, but ship-to-ship combat.

Portal games?

Arkham games? (I'm actually not a huge fan of them, but many people like them).

Crusader Kings II is awesome, but it's sort of a strategy game (though I play it more like a roleplaying game).

Or you could do something other than play computer games.

risk of rain, will check it out.Rogue legacy, got it.super meat boy, looks too stupid for me to play it

Rogue is one of the oldest roguelikes there are I have angband.Net hack I have it,the interface is too complex for me to enjoy it.

Starsector,I don't like half done games.

Portal games,got them.

Arkham games, got the first and second but the second is huge so I will download it next month.

Crusader kings II,looks pretty similer to medieval two total war which I have.

Or I could do something other then play computer games, probably will take up excess reading if I can't find anything interesting.

fall out 1 and two  don't play nice with windows 7 and none of the 'fixes' work and fallout tactics would be strategy

Ah... When I was younger I had problems with my parents not letting me play games where I shoot other humans. Luckily for me that my dad was a huge fantasy nut and a gamer so he got me to player the first (Well, not the one on DOS) Neverwinter nights game with him, he also got me into Age of Mythology as well.

Street Cleaning Simulator

is that a reference to the fact that I'm 13 and can't get a job?

Third person sci-fi action RPG?

It's old, but... Advent Rising? You'll find it on GOG for sure.

looks hideous.

Yeah, watching this thread, you're really just dismissing everything that gets presented.  You seem very certain that nothing can do what you want.

Hi!
Crusader Kings 2 is like the Total War series if you replaced the focus on combat with a focus on diplomacy. You can no longer directly control your troops when they're in a battle, but you have a more direct control over your character and dynasty and personal relationships matter a whole lot more.

Audiosurf - Surf your music. Some people really love this. I play very casually.
Bastion - Fun and beautiful Action RPG.
Drox Operative - Fun little and mysteriously addicting space RPG game - would go for EV Nova or Transcendence if you haven't tried those yet.
Dwarf Fortress - Yes. Don't tell your parents about whatever you do to the elves, though.
Faster Than Light - Amazing.
Gratuitous Space Battles - Design ships, make your battle plan, watch results.
Mount & Blade - Too much violence I guess?
OpenTTD - Transport Tycoon Deluxe, oh yeah.
Port Royale 3 - Trading (and more) on the Carribean.
Starbound - Terraria-like Sandbox.
Startopia - Great fun strategy game. One of my all-time favorites.
Street Hacker - Simple Hacking (Console based).
Space Rangers - Great turn-based action in space.
SPAZ - Fun Top-down space action
Spore - Great fun (even without turning out to be the best game in the world, spore is very fun).
Prospector - Hard roguelike in space.
Rollercoaster Tycoon - Everyone must have played this at least once.
Teacher Story - Webgame but I found it hilarious.
The Sims Medieval - Actually fun, deserves a try.
Sim Theme Hospital - Old, but classic.
Uplink - Simple Hacking (GUI based).
X3 Terran Conflict or X3 Albion Prelude - 4X Space arcadey-Sim.

And you can always waste a lot of time on kongregate anyway.
Or emulators.

If everything fails, do as Naxza said.
Reading is great.
Also series and animes if you're into that.

And don't get cave addiction. :P

It honestly feels like a lot of their problems came from the fact that their entire team was composed of cats, and the people who were supposed to be herding them were also cats.

parents don't like magic so that's the majority of rpgs crossed out also monsters=magic
That greatly amuses me...

Seriously what is wrong with your parents? Are they preachers or something (not hating on religious people here, just wondering)?

At 13 I was entertained by Quake 2. It was a great game to play with friends at that age, lots of PvP fun and level creation (if you are into level building/modding).
