I was (deadpan) joking. 

Reudh talked it up as a fantastically awful game when he donated it...  I don't think he's actually expecting to get rid of Bad Rats, hence his dramatic threats of entering everyone in a draw for it.

Dunno about the giftening interface in Steam... I am curious also, as I might need to use it soon.

Gifting is pretty easy: you purchase a game as a gift (there's an option when it's in your shopping cart), then you find it in your inventory.
There you just click on it, a button appears to give it to a friend. Choose the recipient, write some nice words, send it off. Once your friend accepts it, it's out of your inventory. Done!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that it's possible to gift something from your library. You can only gift games from your inventory or ones that you buy.
