"Guys" is often a colloquial term used to refer to a group consisting of both genders, like "ellos" or "nosotros" in Spanish. Or, really, just about any such word in any language with gender-specific words.

Dave reconsiders his actions. Considering also that he isn't Dave, but rather cosplaying him. He will still act like Dave, because he is Dave, through some twisted notion of events.

Also remembering that Dave does not in fact have an amethyst katana, but a steel one. Silly Dave. That's another character in another RTD who carries an amethyst katana, which is pretty lame and fragile.

Steel's where it's at.
