I vote for banning Expedition Leader, Tough Bastard, Spry, and Poisoner.

I agree on the profession ban. Urist seems to have pointed out the most anti-town ones, or at least the ones that would be useful for scum.

I agree with all of those except Spry because Spry only prevents you from being hit by the scumkill.

I'm agree with everything except spry.

Spry Pros:
Immune to scumkill/scum RBing, etc.

Spry Cons:
Immune to having your role checked by the town.

If we allowed it, we could note that anyone with it is immediately suspect unless they can provide good evidence for themselves.

Oh, I misread that as nightkill, not night action. Now I can see why banning it is a good idea.

I agree on banning Expedition Leader and Poisoner. Though spry seems like it could at least be useful for town. What's wrong with Tough Bastard? Isn't it basically a bulletproof?

It could also be a bulletproof for the scum, though.

"You'll survive a single discipline or accident event."

Oh yea, it works both ways. I was thinking that it only protected against night kills i.e vigs. I'm okay with banning it if everyone else wants to.

It seems it would get in the way of removing scum much more easily than it would get in the way of removing town.

Yep. For scum it's easy enough to target twice, while trying to get an accident on an expedition twice would be...

Yeah. Ban Tough Bastard.

The only real benefit of Spry is that it (presumably) makes one immune to discipline attempts. That's pretty good for town, but it also makes one immune to any form of investigation, which is arguably even more useful for scum than the bulletproof is for town.
