((What happens if the last three are the sheriff, a deputy, and a bandit, and no one shoots each other?
((Problem being that you mentioned bandit instead of outlaw :P
Bandits seem to be GM NPCs. Deputies are player-aligned. Also I believe its the ol' 'hunt till the end'. The deputy has to convince the sheriff, and it ain't preferably by action: this is where Bang! comes in, you should talk. Whether IC or OOC (I prefer IC. :P), this is my best guess.

This is one primary reason why I joined--it ain't just blatant violence. It's diplomatic violence. >:D))

I was under the impression that someone needed to post, and its been a busy week for me, so I'll get a turn up around 12 hours from now

(Sorry for the wait, I've been fairly busy)
Turn 3: Everyone is ignoring each other.

Take cover near the sheriff
Remalle (1) stands up to his full height and looks around for something to hide behind. Well, he can't see anything to hide behind.

(4) Remalle is no longer surprised.

Spoiler: Watch around like this (click to show/hide)
Then ALL OF A SUDDEN draw my revolver and shoot darkpaladin back!
(Yay, a Sergio Leone reference!)
(4+1) Comrade P. draws his revolver and fires at Darkpaladin. (3) The bullet pieces through the table, and hits Darkpaldin in the shoulder, giving him a Light Wound.

Find a gatling gun
Lukinator looks for a gatling gun. (4) He sees a weapon's shop across the street and wonders if there could possibly be one there.

Look for somewhere else to hide.
(6) Elephant Parade finds a back room for meetings and hides under a table. Three men walk in and start discussing some illegal transaction.

Break into the shop and get any kind of rifle I can use (then leave a note with an 'I owe you') and look for other details that would be useful.
Muttering to herself, Tiruin (6) smashes in the door and walks in. Around her is a large selection of rifles and pistols, along with ammunition in securely locked cases.

Continue taking cover and shoot back at anybody that attacks either me or the sheriff.
Darkpaladin feels a sharp pain as Comrade P. shoots him in the shoulder. He (3-1) tries to fire back, but the pain causes his shot to go wide.

"I get the feeling that a gunfight's brewin'. Might be a good idea for you to get somewhere safe for a while."

Try to convince the barman that it might be in his best interests to leave the saloon.
(2) The barmen responds to ReDeader's attempt to get him to leave by telling him that his saloon has a reputation to uphold, that it will always be open during drinking hours, regardless of what's happening.

(Yeah. I knew it will bring me some desired luck.)
Come to darkpaladin closer and try to get his gun. If he resists, and he obviously does, shoot him.

"Well. I like how this store operates. Now where to put my note..."

Write that IOU, even if I can't get any weapon.

Grab a nice rifle, and its needed ammunition--if none are present, then a pistol. Preferably of the S&W kind.

Sneak out of the room and into the stockroom. Obtain the best weapon available, as well as ammunition.

It's great how different the two games are: first game started as a classic shoot out, this game everyone's going for the heaviest weapons they can.

"Now hold on. We can solve this peacefully. I'l throw down my gun, as longs as you throw down yours. Sound Alright?"
If comrade P says no, shoot his gun our of his hand. If gun jams take cover and tackle him when he gets close.
