Kyle picks up a spider leg and tosses it up in the air one handed, catching the thiner side he wields it as a club.

Something about the way Kyle swings the leg causes it to explode in his hands, doing 30 Damage.

Kyle shakes off the resulting confusion and staggering before grabbing another leg.
"And that would be the reason we decided the creeper model was a bad idea."

Kyle defends himself for 25 damage and attacks Shield Spider B for 10.

Cullodus winces, coughing blood. He notices his shirt is lying open a bit and immediately shuts it closed. He then looks towards the remainder.
"Let's end this."

Drawing a Suit of Swords, Cullodus attacks the weaker spider. Drawing a Suit of Cups, Cullodus defends himself.

Ada felt pain course through her once again as she was blown back by the missile, she flew through the air and landed with a thump outside of the smoke. She staggered back to her feet, eyes still fixed on the remaining spiders. Once again she charged towards them getting ready to aim her next kick at one of the shield spiders.

Yesterday Gold, it's time-stamped and everything 

Together, the team's combined assault leaves the remaining spiders a smoking, bloody, mess.  It happens so quickly that the spiders couldn't even fire off a second round of missiles.

The coliseum erupts in thunderous applause as Keeper Moretti casually floats down to the ceiling.  "Hahaa, truly impressive, the perfect battle to start off the Baylord's inaugural tournament.  Don't you think so too folks?" he calls up to the audience who have continued to cheer.  It seems that no matter how far away he is or how loud the surroundings are, you always hear him at the same volume.  "I have to admit, I was a little worried at first that you wouldn't be able to withstand those monsters, but you, my friends, have shown that you know how to put on a show."  He turns to Angel, "You, in particular, dear,"  she can't help but feel that she is looking up at him despite being several feet taller than the smallish man at the moment, "made this a fight worth watching.  How do you feel?"

Kyle frowns. He was not fulfilling his purpose. He quickly decides that this 'Angel' was to be neutralized first. He goes back to his platform and glares at Angel from there.

Annoyance briefly crosses his features as Angel's form gradually shifts back to her normal self.  "Come on dear," his smile returns as he gives her newly normal sized hand a kiss, "You transformed into something beautiful and terrible, and all you feel is okay?"

Cullodus looks down at his shirt in relief, then at Angel.

She was fine.
