While we are not entirely comfortable with our diminished presence in Earth, we must confess E18`s potential as an advanced outpost has its value. We immediately agree to the suggested division, but ask that it remain reviewable upon refusal of our presence in the Mars belt by the Republic of Progress. Is that acceptable?
Given the acceptance of your expansion into the Mars belt, we thank you for your acceptance of these conditions. As consolation, we reassure you that the interests of the EDL lie solely in the protection and preservation of Earth, regardless of it's ownership, and we seek the territory only that we can better achieve this goal.

The ISWG formally greets all fellow inhabitants of The System.  In the quite likely case of upcoming interplanetary military activity, we advise all of our coinhabitants not to engage in such dastardly methods as betrayal or subterfuge.  The ISWG punishes the dishonourable.

We wish to obtain ownership of Venus.

Salutations to all.

Friendly reminder that your Ace Pilots are not actually piloting anything at the moment, and thus cannot participate in combat. Even if you're thinking of designing something amazing for them, you might want to give them control of a SP-Arrow just in case...

Anyways, if I missed anything let me know and I'll fix it ASAP.

Invest 10 Research Points in Sensors.

Deploy Units
Launch 5 2 Milleplattes into the Lunar Region. Move one to the Terran Region, one, um, up, and two down.
Make note to name these arbitrary areas of space.
I mean, "Terran Region" and "Colombian Region"

Create one SP-Arrow and 5 Milleplattes. Carl Anderson goes in the Arrow.

Contacting Kingdom of Blackwolf
Quote from: NURIELS
Dear King Blackwolf,
It is our opinion that your kingdom would make an excellent potential ally to this group. Would you be opposed to agreeing to a combination of NAP and MAP? Specifically:
1. We agree not to declare war on or attack each other.
2. We agree that if a third party declares war on either of us, the other will declare war on that third party.
Please respond as quickly as your nation's concerns and the speed of light will allow.
Sincerely,
the High Council of NERIELS

Quick question about mechanics.
Fortifications cannot be destroyed
Why not? And why aren't they listed under Permanent Improvements?

Sorry, that's supposed to say "Cannot be destroyed by combat." Fortifications can be destroyed, but only by the person that controls their province.

Take control of North Pole of Venus, rename Frostboots.

Research training.

Produce research facility in Frostboots.

If possible, also produce factory complex in New Hampshire.

(Can we build 2 things at once in different provinces?)

Produce research facility in Frostboots.

You don't own Frostboots, so you can't build anything in it. Yet.

If possible, also produce factory complex in New Hampshire.

One Improvement per province, and New Hampshire already has a permanent improvement, so you can't build a factory complex in New Hampshire.

(Can we build 2 things at once in different provinces?)

As long as you have the AP to set up the projects, yes.

I understand sjm9876 has yet to research Warfare 2, which he`d trade with us for an equivalent amount of technologies in RPs, alas, GWG, given that the trade we had scheduled involves me trading my Administration Research to you, are you sure it is truly wise to spend 10 RPs in said technology when you could simply use our Research Agreement, as accorded, to trade for it?
