I have seen that few people from Bay12 were advertaising their games, i'm willing to translate your project for free if you are a member of Bay12 community. I'v got a decent experience with translating from English to Polish but never did any game, i want to get some experience, anyway i came to agreement with developer of The Might & Fealty and i will start working on this project soon but i'm also looking for other games to translate, only thing i want in exchange is to be mentioned somewhere as a polish translator for your game.

I think you should ask the people you are interested in working with/for directly rather than posting in a forum about games hoping that someone responds.
