Why do you think I am a Sporian?Hmmmm... Maybe I should be more creative with a name. Also, mastah... Best game idea I've seen on bay12 ever. Sorry for anyone else who hosts games. And this is illustrated?

Firstly, here you go. They do indeed exist, though they're not common, and mostly used for phototaxis.
Oh.
...In my defense, you called them "patches," and that term is never used.

Quote
Secondly, the GM already stated that this runs on Spore rules, where cells do indeed have mouths, and phagocytosis, diffusion and cell organelles are largely ignored. As such, the GM didn't mean the oral groove at all. As per Spore rules, he meant an actual mouth. I was merely pointing out that it was indeed possible for a unicellular creature to have a mouth, which was something that occurred to me while I was thinking about the subject.
By Spore rules, cells can also have fins, electric organs, and sizes several orders of magnitude larger than other cells. The term "cell" doesn't fit 95% of the Cell stage, if that.

Quote
So yeah, single cells can have their own eyes and mouths of a sort in the real world as well.
Sort of. and, again, by referring to "mouths" as "traditional," and by saying "sensory organs," it doesn't sound like that's what he is saying.

So, when's this game gonna start? And will it have IRTD's update speed?

Well, I just added everyone's species to the OP, so now I can make the first turn.

As for other stuff, I'll have to see afterwards.

The creatures emerge, from what, they are unsure.
They do not ponder on it, for their brains are undeveloped.
For those that can sense electrical impulses, their senses are overloaded.
For those that can hear, hear the sound of metal plates sliding against each other.
For those that can see, they are blinded by light.
The Creatures Emerge.

The Puttle is a green creature known for it's ability to influence electricity.

I had so much fun drawing those little guys.
You'll be able to see them better next turn when the light dies down.

Err....EAT SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T GIVE OFF GOOD ELECTRO-VIBES i.e. something neutral or non-friendly.
Electrocute it first if necessary.

((not really sure what to do now :P))

Seek out plants. Munch on them.

What happens if somebody kills somebody else? Are we eventually going to play multiple creatures of our species at once?
