Layout to house.

Not to complain, but...proportions are a bit off in that picture. The "coffee table" is bigger than the dining room table, the dresser in the master bedroom is bigger than the couch, the kids' beds are as big as an oven... Also, it looks like there's just an open doorway between the hall and the kids' room, and between the master bedroom and the bathroom. Which is nearly as big as their kitchen and dining room. And it's unclear where you get on and off the staircase.

We're using a Chunky Salsa damage system when push comes to slaughter, then?

And damage? Seriously? The only times you're going to be in serious combat you'd be served best by getting the fuck out of there. Do NOT fuck with a corporeal demon or possessed individual.

((Incidentally, I'm pretty sure "You get attacked by a demon, you die because it's a demon" counts as Chunky Salsa. Technically.))

You won't really be able to catch most Beasties and more or less any demon - if it's pissed off enough - will tear you all apart. The only way for you to survive is to keep them more interested in corrupting you than killing you.

I have to say, this system is extremely wierd. One of our guys is a veteran with an assault rifle - can't he, you know, gun a goblin down or something? Even in call of Cthulhu you can fight a shoggoth with enough ordnance.

Or is the entire playstyle going to be centered about internal drama?
